It's amazing Amazon can tell you the EXACT location of your purchased item at any given time before you receive it, but Home Depot can't tell you anything until it magically appears at their unloading dock. They don't know what distributor shipped it, they don't know the shipping company, they definitely don't know the specific truck it's on and they have zero idea as to when that mystery truck will actually arrive to their store. We purchased a one piece shower pan 3 weeks ago and the first one arrived broken. We immediately ordered a second one and it was guaranteed to arrive 4/22/26. It is currently 4/24/26 and they have no idea when it will arrive. Obviously I'm not happy. Par for the course Home Depot reached out telling me to submit more information about my problem by clicking on a link to a form and as you can see in their reply the "link" isn't even there. They don't have tons of staff, so when it gets busy you may have to seek them out. But they sure are helpful and go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. I came in here tonight to look at the house plants and brought my dog along. They had a small variety of plants and most of them looked great. The prices are fair and I bought a rather large Jade plant for $10.They have a few rare ones as well! Their customer service was fantastic in that area and two employees came to love on my dog and give him treats while i was checking out the plants. They lost two stars because, being a lover of plants, I was heartbroken to hear that they THROW AWAY any plants that are starting to not look good. They dont even discount them and allow employees or plant rescuers to purchase them! Why why why would they do that?!?!?!?! They are living things and deserve a chance. The thought of them throwing them in the trash angers me. It almost makes me not want to give them (the plant killers) any of my business. They seriously need to change this. My mom and I rescue plants from Lowe's all the time and it's a win win because the plants get a second chance and we get a good deal! If they changed this policy I would come here to look for plants frequently as it is right by my house. However, until this changes, I will be driving all the way to Lowe's, TLC, and Under the Sun to buy plants for my house and to give as gifts. read more

It was a horrible mistake to walk in and accept the mini split that I had ordered. The box appeared to gave been opened and when we went to installed it....the hose was already kinked. So whoever had purchased it originally had damaged it and it was sold to me as new. Now 800 dollars in repair bills....it failed again this morning.....but I(an elderly dying woman) is expected to keep making the payments on it. Please close my Home Depot account. I will never set foot in. Home Depot again as long as I live. That unit was supposed to improve my life. And it has turned my life into pure hell. When I call I get left on hold and no one EVER picks up. I am disabled and home bound and took the biggest punch in the gut from Home Depot....possible. Like to shop here but not impressed with their rental department which is where you supposedly go for any repairs needed. Took my mower in because having issues getting it started. The guy said he was too busy to help and to try the other Home Depot. This was my second attempt after trying a few days prior where the person I spoke to (different guy) said he was too busy and to come back another time. I even tried calling the other Home Depot the next day and the guy I spoke to over the phone said the guy that could help me had just left for the day. It was 10 AM... I have been a Lowe's fan for 15 years. I have had a few poor experiences with Lowe's over the years. Decided to move to Home Depot and I am glad I did. I had a unique application using Formica. Rodney Scannell helped me through the process and had some great recommendations. Ordered what I needed and I was good to go. Great Service! Thank you Overtime I have become involved in more projects and I do my own work. As a result, in my experience Lowe's is focused on the typical home owner and Home Depot is focused on those wo do the work. Got online with home depot, edmond , made reservations with tool rental, paid 150 dollar deposit, reservation was excepted for oct 8. This was four days ago, recive a text message today reservation canceled . Call tool rental , and ask why, he says we cant hold it that long, what is he talking about, i need on the 8, that means it gets rented until that day, when its my turn. I've been going to this particular Home Depot for 20 years, and in the last few years this location is tanking horribly. First off, the walkway through the front of the store iss so jam packed with "sales" that you have to step in an isle to let someone else pass. Getting a sheet rock dolly from lawn and garden to lumber? Nearly impossible. Secondly they're so understaffed, it took almost 20 minutes to get through the pro line. Cashier was friendly, but extremely stressed out because of how many people were at her counter. (poor lady) Also, online it says they take apple/tap to pay. This is false. Lastly, when shopping for lumber. double check and make sure price tag is correct lumber size in said rack. Twice now it's been wrong when I arrived to the check out. Fixing to loose my business, as well as my family's. Being contractors and shopping every other day for material, we don't needore stress when we come in this location. read more

Then we went inside and no one working there was wearing a mask. So obviously HD does not care about their staff or their customers. Pretty good Home Depot location. Very convenient, although this store is not super large so the variety of product is adequate, but not amazing. Great outdoor, garden center. Love all the plant variety and also variety of accessory items, although I do wish the store was a bit bigger so they could have a larger selection. It can be a itsy bit difficult to find someone to help you find something, but when you do, they're super helpful and will take you to exactly what you need and won't leave until they're sure you have what you need. Prices are alright. There seems to be a variety of similar products with a range of prices. Very nice for the budget conscious. The holiday decorations are great! Wonderful selection and great items at good prices! I love the pet beds that I purchased, and so do my dogs. They're super soft, AKC brand beds. Extra large beds were only $22 a piece! Great find! LOVE the marked down, clearance wood bin! Great for experimental DIY projects! I'll be back indefinitely. read more

I should have expected it with the other reviews but.... terrible experiences. I loved her recently and I've used Home Depot for years. But this one is out of sync. 30 minutes for s pickup order because they couldn't find the "right person". That right person little took a cart from the back to the front. Not only could I have handled that if they told me where it was, I could have picked up everything I needed and paid myself a whole lot faster. At the same time I ordered a shed kit. "Express delivery"! Awesome it will be here tomorrow to work on it. NOPE, was delayed 2 days. Okay, then it didn't get delivered. 1 week later I finally called and they said, "is this your address..." I said yes. Okay we had to confirm that now we can deliver it the middle of next week. Had a horrible experience with the equipment rental counter yesterday. "Frank" rented me two pieces of faulty equipment that I got to transport to my house - twice - with several hours of wasted time trying to get my project completed. Waste an entire 6 1/2 hours of my day fiddling around with two broken machines that are clearly not maintained and properly checked for function and safety. The rental tool staff- specifically "Frank" are incompetent and were of no help whatsoever. Didn't get my project even started- just drove back and fourth to the Home Depot all afternoon trying to get a piece of working equipment. Spoke with the store manager who was dismissive of my experience. Safe to say the Hope Depot has lost my family as customers. I will go to Lowe's and elsewhere- where the have competent and kind employees who won't lie to you and waste your time. read more

As a company, Home Depot is decent. In my experience, when you move into a town, it is best to go to both Home Depot and Lowes and determine which store is better managed and stocked. When I moved to Edmond, I lived nearer to Lowes, so I went there. I am very pleased. When I went to Home Depot, it was nightmarish. We ordered floor tiles from Home Depot, given the price and selection. On many occasions when we went into the store to retrieve them, personnel were difficult to find and not customer oriented. Often, they gave us fewer tiles than we ordered, and we had to go through the folks at the front of the store to get things worked out. Everything there seems to be a bureaucratic mess, with too many process steps and too much time spent (and wasted). My true disdain for this store came about when we replaced the shower in our home. At the beginning of this process, Home Depot staff came in to our house, tore up our carpet, and prepared to put down tile. They then let us know that our shower pan had a leak and that would be a lot of extra work. That is surely not their fault. When we called them to schedule, they said it was too little of a job and they would charge us too much (their words) and that we should have someone else do our shower. So, we had a bathroom torn up, the toilet placed in the tub, and they essentially said "too bad, get someone else to help you." This took an inordinate number of phone calls to work out. On several occasions (more than I can count) we called, Home Depot staff said they would call back, and then they did not. I find this unacceptable. What we found very frustrating was that one of the Home Depot contractors said he could do the job for us, but Home Depot would not let him given that doing so under his own name would conflict with Home Depot's business -- a business that refused to do the work for us(!) We were finally able to find someone to do the work and our bathroom is now back to normal. If we have a choice, we will not do business with this Home Depot again. read more

TheHomeDepot . I just wanted everybody to see the flooring job that The Home Depot , Store #3907 & Cooper Installation did in our home . We have had multiple home builders, and contractors come in and look at the job and everyone of them have said it is one of the worst flooring jobs that they have seen. They have said that no respectable company would ever OK this job. The Home Depot's District manager is declining our request to have our floors fixed based on a simple lie by the installer . In our bid it states that the installer provides 1/8" of floor leveling . When my fiancé asked about the leveler, he told her it was an additional $3,000. Who gets off charging $4 a square foot for leveling . She asked him if he thought we needed it and he said we did not, because there was only one spot and he could grind it down . He did so with no filter on his vacuum , which created a new meaning to dust bowl in our home. My future father in law had to step outside because it was so dusty, he couldn't breathe . They cut tile in our home, the swept their trash and dust in our vents , they washed out their buckets in our bathtub , they threw their trash buckets in our creek, our yard, and left our garage a complete mess . There is dried mud on our garage floor as well . There is over 30 pieces of full length tile cut in the middle of the floor . I thought there were different colors of grout , but a 3rd party contractor came in today and said it was because they did not clean the mud out of the joints before they grouted the floor. There are multiple kickers , 4 way joints ,(in plank tile) , and the grout lines range from being no grout joint, to 1/4". There are standard brick patterns in spots ,which is a no no to The Home Depot and it's on the tile box . They completely messed up our rock fire place by running grout all over it , instead of using a diamond blade and making it look like the rock was laid on the tile . When talking to Cooper Installation's corporate service manager , she told me that the job was not done properly and that she would do everything to fix it . They called back a couple hours later and said that The Home Depot were in charge , handling it and that they could do nothing about it. The Home Depot's store assistant manager came down with the Cooper manager to look at the job . The Home Depot's team said that it was a poor job and that they would make it right . Of course the Cooper manager said it "looked good for what they had to work with". The installer said that my fiancé declined the leveling and she was aware that the floors would have the roller coaster look. Who in there right mind would be ok with that ? He also said that she declined the leveling when she stepped out of the house . I said they needed to make that statement with her present . When I went to get her , we came back inside and the Cooper team had left . We did no get to say what was really said . The Home Depot manager said that if the concrete was that bad , then he should have walked away from the job. EVERY CONTRACTOR will tell you that there isn't one piece of concrete that is completely level and that you NEVER lay the floor with the slope of the concrete , you build up from the low spots . Their only defense is based on a lie . They knew they messed up the job and are looking for a way out . When talking to the Customer Support team in Georgia , we found out that our request was denied but there were photos and information left out . We also found out that there were two managers, whom should have been involved in the final decision but left out . We tried contacting our resolution expeditor but she would never return our calls . I finally got in touch with someone who said that our original expeditor should not have even been handling our case . We have been getting railroaded for almost a month now and all we want is for our floors to be fixed . Instead of putting money into a wedding venue , we decided to put it into our home and have the wedding here . This has completely wrecked our plans and I'm just trying to get the word out and hopefully somebody will do something about this issue . Please share and thank you for your time . read more

I was in the store today. People refuse to social distance I ask and people ignore me. I am over 60 with respitory issues that make me a higher risk. My internet has been down to some major outage all week. I am not very computer savy. I also have a bad knee and limp due to it. At the check out 4 large younger guys refused to social distance an boxed me in as in being about 2 ft away from me. 3 different groups. They refused to listen to me. I am wearign a mask and have a raspy voice shricky voice on a good day. Most people think when I talkl I am yelling or something. I only have the voice I have, I was not gifted with a beautiful voice. I don't know what I am to do as an older lady. I have no family and no neighbors as I live out where a lot of land is being held for development. I dont have anyone who can shop for me. Today I was looking for a bowsaw or blades that are not the made in china junk. also chemical gloves as I need to do some spraying. Not stuf I can order on phone. Employees sent me from one end of the store to the other. all the while I am trying to dodge people. I have to give up when I can not put much weight on that leg. No I cannot use one of those cart that you sit. I have a bad hip/pelvis fron a horse back riding accident in 94. I cannot sit long. also harder to get out of peoples who wont social distances way. Help please help the senior at risk community and not treat them like trash. I was told I could not ask peope to social distance. What am I to do??? some thigs you just have to look at and see if it is the right itme. I am not oen who know what to do with those hand held computer things. Flooring tile installation. Tile looks nice. All in all they did a nice job with the tile itself. Subcontractor was cooper flooring. Grout however looks sloppy. Holes in it and bubbles. I think it will not last and will probably get water under it. I will post again if the come and fix it. read more
