This place is a joke, they are not even located in this state; much less local. Had to laugh but…read morethe word "appliance" is not even spelled correct, that should have gave it away. The BBB has a long list if complaints on this out of country brokerage for service. It should be illegal to scam someone like this and Yelp seems to have let them slip under the radar. Well in my opinion, $ 321.00 is an exceptionnly high cost to replaice washing machine belt. I can safely say I will not be using Kevin again.

One day after completing the installation of our basement vacuum extensions, he immediately came back out to our house to fix the system because the drywallers for the basement botched up our system (on a Saturday, no less!) by their severing a wire to the system making the suction fail. It wasn't Evan's fault, but theirs. He came out and saved the day! Great customer service!

We had Evan come to the house a couple days later. After careful testing and diagnosis, he decided to change the board. Evan then spent a considerable amount of time checking to make sure this fixed the overheating issue which it did. He also inspected and cleaned the filter which he did not charge for. His estimate was spot on. We are very pleased with his work and saved us quite a lot of money over buying a new unit. Would recommend for vacuum repairs.

I was told by an employee that they don't accept or even sell furniture. The Festus Goodwill looks like it was a last minute decision to open a store within an empty building. I have walked out of there twice without buying anything. Don't even get me started on the prices.
