    We went into this Home Depot on 12/11/24 to purchase a Christmas Tree. First off, the tree selection is amazing, plus the prices are decent. I chose a beautiful Douglas Fur. The Young man, Mario, Who showed us the selection was so sweet and helpful. He wrapped up the tree and put it in the truck for Us. That young Man is the reason I will never buy a Christmas tree from anywhere else from now on. Also, the woman at the outside checkout was also very personable and sweet. Those two really made an impact and impression. Home Depot is lucky to have assets like them.

    Can someone tell me how to get to this Home Depot easier way? Address says Lumpkin. I hate the speed bumps driving from Katy Freeway feeder road. I came here to pick out some plants to replace my suffered plants from last freezing weather. Not to mention last year's winter storm Uri left me nothing to brag about. Last year's replacement died in January. Mother Nature is not easy with me this year. So, I want something hardy with low temperature and drought resistant (I heard it's gonna be pretty hot this summer and water rate is going up). I'm also shopping for a friend's housewarming gift. Amazing to see so many luscious indoor and outdoor plants at the Garden Center. I know if I snoozed at these plants, I'll miss grabbing the best-looking ones. So far so good. Store was organized and full stocked. No issues at the parking lot or anyone on the floor. When I get to cash register line, there was no human cashiers. Self-serve machines were the only ones operational. Some of there were closed. There was no place to line up. When I get to an available machine, I felt rushed. My Home Depot app locked up as I was retrieving my military discount QR code. Employee had a nerve to rush me to get out because there was a long line. Grrr... Not coming back.

    I am a general contractor I visit Homedepot Daily sometime 3 times a day. I've probably been to every Homedepot in Houston In my 20 years in the industry. Today was the first time I've ever been talked down to and flat out told I will not help u from a Homedepot employee. I've witnessed Patrick in the past talk down to people and have the attitude I'll get to u on my time with people in the past. Today I stood at a unmanned paint counter for 10+ mins with other customers while he talked to another about how to wipe adhesive from a wall with goo gone. When I approached him and asked if he was only person working paint counter he instantly got that I'll get to you when I get to u attitude I'd seen him give other customers in the past. I went back to my spot at front of line then after a few more minutes he's still not done talking about wiping a wall I went to look for mgt. Once he saw me walk off he instantly went to counter to help people behind me in line. When I confronted him he yelled at me and then proceeded to say he will not help me. Talked to management and they said nothing to him. management actually made my paint. What kinda place let's customers be yelled at and refused service

    I went in to find room dividers. Unfortunately, they don't carry them in store, but they can be delivered to the store or to your home with free shipping. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful. The store is clean and the selection is great. The parking lot is a little hazardous with potholes. Hopefully they will fix that soon.

    The store never disappoints. We decided to look for a few items to help us make our home a little bit more organized. Their app makes it very easy to find items based on which aisle and bay They are in. They also support military and offer a 10% discount off items which I appreciate.

    I had to replace three toilets! And my plumber sent me out to purchase the parts! It was an all day adventure!! First starting with the toilets between the cashier and the guys that loaded the toilets they did an amazing job!!!! But DOMINIQUE killed it!! So patient with my questions every time I ended up going back with more questions!! I believe he works in the plumbing department!! Genuine guy!! I gave him a run with all my questions!!! Ultimate customer service!!!! So SHOUT out to him!!!

    Not the best store I've been at but getting supplies, for remodeling an older home they got everything you need. Good service in paint section. Overall little dirty but near by so spend over 5-10 hours in store already haha.

    Why do they hide the shopping carts 100+ feet away from the entry door? Move them close to the door, please!!

    I really hate to write bad reviews, but this one is warranted fasho fasho!…read more My wife and I came in here on a weekday evening, trying to find what best gift to give a family member, specifically a computer. Upon walking in it took them a minute, but somebody finally asked if we needed some help. As we were talking to the lady employee about which laptop to purchase, another person randomly comes up and starts talking to the lady employee who was talking to us clearly. She continued to address the man as if we did not exist right there. It was really offensive and we end up walking away and looking at the computers ourselves. After some time went by we decided to walk out because the customer service was just absolutely dismissive. We end up leaving, but then I felt convicted because I couldn't let that type of customer "no" service slide. I end up going back in asking for a manager, and the manager told me that the person who disrespectfully inserted himself is a vendor with another company. The Best Buy managers name is Tia (who I talked to) and the vendors name is Milo. The manager said that she would have a talk with upper management to let them about the situation however I have gotten no follow up or anything! Honestly seemed like it was a way to dismiss me, because there was no additional action. No getting my contact information or anything. This place definitely needs help in the customer service department in my opinion. I see now why those reviews are rated low.

We brought it into them, they charged an $83 diagnostic fee then sent it off, then a couple of weeks later we got a call it was back, with paperwork that said "client declined estimate, returned unrepaired. I never received any estimate, which was supposedly sent only 3 working days before the computer was returned. I first called to discuss the issue, the woman in the phone had terrible communication skills, could not understand why I was calling despite explaining to her multiple times, and then her comments to me were incomprehensible, so I had to drive all the way back to speak to someone else in person. That person told me the estimate was $950 to replace a camera in a $1000 laptop, so I did reject the ridiculous estimate this time. Took it across the street to UbreakIfix, who charged us a $29 diagnostic fee, and only $150 to replace the camera, and they credited us the $29 diagnostic fee. This isn't the first time I've had this kind of terrible experience with Geek Squad. In 2021 I took an iPhone 12 mini to one because it had stopped charging. Geek Squad said there was nothing they could do, I just needed to buy a new phone. UBreakIFix charged me $40 to replace the charging port. I still use that phone 5 years later. TLDR: Geek Squad is ridiculously overpriced and incompetent. Go with UBreakIFix instead.

The company delivered the incorrect washer and dryer combo and also called me the day before telling me that they were not going to be able to deliver the refrigerator as promised. In a current market environment where most companies do price matching, I would definitely not recommend going with Pacific. I purchased a warrantee with the products and am expecting to receive substandard service where they may likely try to not honor it. In all fairness, employee M worked hard at trying to clean up the mess that the company and salesperson created.

Best Buy does not take phone calls. What business has that policy? I called the Best Buy customer service number and the guy told me that my delivery had been cancelled and rescheduled. He could not tell me why. So I get in the car and drive to the Best Buy store, mind you not close to where I am currently living. My salesperson, Justin, was not available. The person that helped me was shocked that I was angry. Why should I be angry that I changed my schedule to accommodate a delivery that wasn't going to happen, and better yet, not one was going to notify me that it wasn't going to happen. So come to find out, they cancelled the delivery because one of the 8 items wasn't available. HMMMMM. I would think a call might be in order to see if I wanted delivery of the other items. The person helping me could care less. She did split the order and the items that are available are being delivered this week and the other item three weeks for now. I am thinking great, I can live with this. I leave the store and about 45 minutes later, I get an email saying the whole order has been cancelled due to items not being available. Remember I can't call someone so I drive back to the store to see what changed in 45 minutes and the lady acted like I was being ridiculous and everything is fine. Pardon me if I don't believe you, because the whole process has been a nightmare at this point and there were other people there experiencing the SAME exact issues and they were upset also. My regular salesperson looks in the computer and says everything looks okay while the woman who originally helped me is over talking smack about me IN FRONT OF ME to her colleagues. Maybe my $10,000 purchase is NO big deal to this company. Good. If I EVER get my appliances, this is the LAST purchase I WILL EVER make with them. NO ONE in this company cares about customer service. I am yet another person in a line of HORRIBLE reviews. I am a tech/gadget girl and will be making all of my future purchases from a company that cares more about their customers than these folks do. DON'T LET THEM LIE TO YOU and tell you NO PROBLEM getting your products!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
