At…read morethe time of purchase, the salesperson explicitly informed me that if I was not satisfied with the loveseat, I would have three days to return it. The office manager was seated nearby during this conversation and was aware of the terms that were communicated to me. The loveseat was delivered on May 28, 2026. The following morning, May 29, 2026, I decided that the loveseat was not suitable for my needs and contacted Ashley Furniture to arrange a return. When I spoke with the office manager, she initially informed me that the loveseat could not be returned. I reminded her that I had been told at the time of purchase that I had a three-day return period. She then stated that a return would be allowed, provided I paid a $150 retrieval fee. I agreed to the fee, and she instructed me to come to the store to make the payment. After driving to the store, I was informed by the office manager that the loveseat could not be returned after all because it was a floor model. She acknowledged that the salesperson had told me I had three days to return the loveseat, so she was aware of the conversation. If she knew it was wrong information, she should have said so before I made the purchase. The store manager then joined the discussion and likewise stated that the loveseat could not be returned. However, he also acknowledged that I had been told I could return the loveseat within three days. When I asked him directly whether I had been given incorrect information, he apologized and admitted that I had indeed been told I had a three-day return window, but stated that there was nothing he could do and would not stand behind their word. In addition, the delivery driver also informed me at the time of delivery that I had three days to return the loveseat if I chose not to keep it. As a result, three Ashley Furniture employees--the salesperson, the office manager, and the store manager--as well as the delivery driver, acknowledged that I was told I had a three-day return period. Despite these admissions, Ashley Furniture has refused to honor the terms that were represented to me when I made the purchase. Buyer beware, stay away from Ashley. They are not a company you can trust.

Their people are all very friendly and helpful. This place could teach the big box stores a thing or two about customer services! They supply literally every reputable tool manufactured. Compare this place to a Ace Hardware, like Bomberger's, Lowes, or the dreaded Home Depot, except MUCH BETTER! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Take a few hours on a Saturday and go have a look-see. What ticked me off after I had them put a battery in my key fob the sales associate just signed me up for the lifetime warranty program! Didn't ask, didn't present the option ahead of time! I work retail and actually I worked at Battery Plus under different owners! So this method of selling a lifetime warranty is BS! Not sure if I'll be returning to this location again! I don't like sleezy sales selling me something that wasn't offered or explained! Owners you should discuss the sales methods to your associates! The old owners were all about customer service! Strongly suggest avoiding this business for all repairs…read more I asked for a screen replacement on a Pixel phone. I also asked if they used OEM parts, to which they said yes. They replaced the screen, and brought it to me to validate. The edges of the screen were squishy. (easy sign of improper adhesive application) They took it back to the bench, opened it again, and added adhesive. The manager brought me the phone a second time to validate. The digitizer (touchscreen) no longer worked at all. They returned it to the bench a third time. Opened it, re-seated the primary ribbon cable (it was not seated properly), and put it back together. (Hint: that's 3 times assembling the phone with the same adhesive that's single-use.) They brought me the phone again. The upper edge of the screen no longer seated into the casing properly. I asked to verify the screen was a new OEM screen. The manager found the package for the screen, and it was a refurbished third-party screen, confirming they lied about the parts they use. The manager also confirmed they did not use OEM adhesive to attach the screen, they used strips of 3M tape. I asked for my broken screen back with my repaired phone, and the manager refused to provide it. At this point, I realized they had no trained technicians in the shop, including the manager. I had to disassemble the device myself at home. The adhesive applied by Batteries Plus technicians was a disaster - bunched, uneven, rolled up, and missing completely from the corners. The adhesive must be a perfect seal, or the device will gradually fill with moisture and particles. The technician had also damaged the "new" refurbished screen they installed, bent 2 of the metal edge clips flat, and broken the seal between the digitizer and the display on the top edge (which is why it wouldn't seat in the casing). I had to repair the device from scratch myself, purchasing a new OEM replacement display from Google, as well as OEM adhesive. This is not a shop of trained technicians, it is a shop of amateurs managed by liars. Caveat emptor.
