So I went here to pickup a U-Haul truck rental. It's my second time and my experience has been great. My first time the line was long but it's all depends on the time. I managed to go this time around 2pm and it was empty. The employees were super friendly and helpful. Can't complain about the process. Great value and the trucks were in great condition. As far as the Store, it's like any other Home Depot but plenty of parking and pleasant. 4 stars from my side from my experiences here. I'll post some pics of the trucks and inside. read more

Please read before buying LG! We bought an LG washing machine, replacing our old LG (10 year warranty). After a short few months it started to destroy our clothes. It first accord after washing our sheets. They looks like some sharp object would be in the drum and pull strands out of the fabric. We checked the drum, stroked over every inch with our hands, used cotton balls to see if anything stuck - nothing! I called customer service (we ordered our washer directly from LG). They told us to run the drum clean cycle 5 times in a row (that's 7.5 hours!) that should solve the problem. We did and the next load of laundry had the same problem. We called LG again, send them pictures as requested, were told they investigate and call back. They never did. Today was the 6th time I called and also send an email to the president. After telling them that I will write this review and post it everywhere I was asked by the supervisor if I use the right cycle to wash my laundry. I am 69 years old and know how to do laundry. Finally I was told he would pass it on to their service center which will contact me to find out if it is a manufactory defect. This goes on now for over 6 weeks. The service center contacted us via text and asked what are the defective parts - how am I supposed to know? The next message was they reach out if they have someone available. I would stay away from LG which is hard to say because we have LG everywhere from fridge to TVs but if something is wrong it is the worse customer service you ever experience. read more

I was in a bind and needed a van ASAP to move a piece of furniture. I headed to Home Depot and boy, did they deliver! The rental process was super straightforward and efficient. I got in and out, and before I knew it, I was on my way to solve my furniture conundrum . The staff were super helpful, and the van was perfect for my needs. Nice size Home Depot in the Fountains of Miramar. There's plenty of parking in front and because it's almost at the end of the main shopping building, it feels like it's by its own. I wanted to look at some lighting fixtures and they had a good selection of them....their fans with lights were also varied. I did not require any assistance this time, but I saw several of the staffers talking to customers that had questions, they seemed very polite, helpful and patient. read more

When your A/C breaks and the repairmen can't for a few days, Home Depot to the rescue! This location is in the Fountains of Miramar plaza on the corner of Dykes Rd and Miramar Pkwy. There's plenty of parking and have curbside pick-up available. The online stock is fairly accurate to what's in store. This time around, I was looking for a standing fan and although the inventory said 2 left, I grabbed the last one! The staff is helpful. I love Home Depot. Owning a home requires many visits to Home Depot weekly/monthly/yearly. I've never had a problem finding what I need for my home unless it's an item that's no longer being made. Not only do they have everything for your home from top to bottom and outside but they also have seasonal items and decorations which I love. I love going to Home Depot for Halloween and Christmas decorations. They always have a good selection at a decent price. The big thing I've always noticed about Home Depot is the customer service and employee's. Everyone's always friendly and helpful. You never have to wait too long in a line because they always have plenty of cashiers. I like how they work with third-party vendors that will install/upgrade your items purchased through Home Depot. We have used this service many times including installing our hurricane windows, flooring, etc. I typically visit the in West Miramar location right off of Dykes and Miramar Pkwy. There's always plenty of parking and easy access in and out of the store. If you've never gone to a Home Depot before, I'd be a little shocked but would highly recommend checking them out. read more

It seems like just yesterday I was becoming a regular at this location. It was my go-to home depot during my move. Either I was going into the store on my own or riding along with hubby and my kids to pick up more moving tools. We found all the tools and gadgets that was needed to make our move a smooth and efficient one. They sell (the best) moving boxes and supplies and they aren't expensive at all. Today I went in because my bumper in my car was falling off and of course gorilla tape is sold in this store. I bought the largest roll because I did not know how much tape to make it stick on that bumper . I put so much of this tape on that bumper it held up until I got home. I didn't tell her but I had previous came to this store and another employee wasn't able to color match the peel paint I brought in. I spend lots of time here, new homeowner and projects around the house never stop. So it's not a surprise that Home Depot is like my second home. I pretty much find everything I need at the store and whenever I have a question, I receive great guidance. At times you find your usual teen or young adult employee who doesn't know much or can't really help you but they usually guide you to someone who does. Which is ok. I love the fact that they were not as strict as other companies during Covid and I was able to work on my house during Covid as we bought are home in the mist of the pandemic. Told young man at the register. I suggested he call the manager to have them towed, or at least male an overhead announcement, he looked at me with a blank stare and said "well i dont know", shrugging his shoulders. What dont u know? Pick up the radio and call the manager and let them know a service they offer is inaccesible. I never complain about customer service but I was literally on hold for over an hour to contact carpet department. Once they finally made time to answer the call, I just needed them to help me locate the model number for a specific carpet name. The guy in flooring told me that he didn't not have the time to help me over the phone and that looking through the carpet booklet was not possible to locate the model number because he has other customers waiting for his attention. Home Depot Sunday May 15th at 10:15 am. I Went to return a defective propane tank at the store in west Miramar. Met manager outside the store so she can approve the exchange. She walked me over to where the tanks are located and the store is out of filled propane tanks. How does HD run out of tanks on the weekend when most people are grilling. So I ask for my money back and I get just a bunch of excuses because I do not have a receipt. Who keeps a receipt for a propane tank? What I do know is I spend a lot of money at your store. Apparently , according to the manager there is a delivery scheduled for today. and I was asked to return later on today and they would give me another tank. So I have to waist my time and gas to return to store. I was also going in to consult with the flooring dept about future project. It's the little things that count. 800 microwave oven combination is a piece of junk. I've had this unit only 3 1/2 months and it just stopped working. I bought this from Home Depot, Miramar. I then called for warranty and the technicians did not have the part, not to mention they give you a 4 to 5 hour window when their going to show up. They say it's no charge but keep in mind, you need to take the day off. They will let you know when that will be at your home with a lees then 24 hour window. I bought this unit from Home Depot who can care less. The unit stopped working the day before Thanksgiving day. No exception would be made. I've had no brand name microwave from Walmart that outlasted this u it. Looking up the reviews, it's a huge problem with this microwave as a fuse and door latch continuously breaks making this unit not operable. BEWARE AND KNOW THAT YOU BEEN WORNED. She does it with the utmost caring attitude, time after time after time! Great place to find your much needed home improvement items.
