Great location. Located on Route 48 & Route 30 in North Versailles. Large parking lot. The first Saturday of each month Home Depot holds a Kids Workshop. I've taken my kids there over the years and it's a great learning experience that's fun, educational and rewarding for kids and parents. Each kit includes a DIY item that the kids build and paint in store then get to take home and enjoy for themselves. Excellent customer service! Always helpful, friendly and PATIENT every time I'm looking for off the wall, hard to find items. There are some good deals but it pays to shop weekly sale items throughout the store. I bought a lawnmower in April that costs over $300 there. Now it doesn't work. They will do absolutely nothing to help. I've had a Credit Card with them for over 10 years and buy all of materials to do my home projects there as well as various tools. This is my favorite Home Depot, and it somehow lends itself more to a hometown hardware store than an overwhelming big box warehouse! It is clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate to look around. I've always found the staff very helpful. I think the pick up lockers & curbside service are great and you can pre-browse online, order online for free store delivery for pick up. I like that I can get fuel perks by buying Home Depot cards at Get Go which has been helpful during rehab of my house having to buy a lot of building material. I've gotten a lot of great buys here, and the Traffic Master laminate is really good flooring with pricing that almost anyone can afford a new hardwood floor & install it yourself! I had to tear walls out of my dining rm & bought pre fab wainscot for only $16 a piece & it turned out great! No drywalling needed! Was so easy to install! Home Depot is great for DIY & this store is exceptional in my opinion! read more

The COVID-19 rules are extremely lax here. Interacted with three different associates. Social distancing not observed. One had mask over mouth but not nose. Moved over nose when requested but would not stay in place because of poor fit. Second never had mask higher than his neck. Third wore mask but fit was so loose it is doubtful that it did any good. I suggest that poor training and oversight were to blame. Won't be going back. read more

No sure where to begin. I've been doing business with HD for over 15 years in about a dozen different states and this has been by far one of the worst locations I've had to deal with on a customer service level across multiple departments. I purchased a club cadet zero turn mower and opted for delivery. The first missed delivery HD didn't even call me and they simply rescheduled three weeks later. I ended up calling them, they switched to a week a later and then waited a week to switch it back, again with tout calling. I ended up renting a trailer and brining it to my house and now it doesn't work (even after I trouble shooted everything according to the manual) and no one at this location has been able to assist or willing to provide a customer friendly solution. On top of the mower situation, I also purchased a washer and dryer on same day. It was guaranteed delivery on 13 May. It also didn't arrive on the 13th. The contractor they used called me the day of to cancel and reschedule. Obviously I'm done with this location because they can't handle their business and quite possibly Home Depot. read more

NEVER BUY ANYTHING THAT NEEDS INSTALLED AT THIS STORE! I whole heartily agree with the previous reviews as far as lack of customer service and common courtesy. What ever happened to "the customer is always right"? The so called 'customer service' is the worst we've ever encountered! We ordered a window in April and were told it would be installed by the end of June. End of June comes and we called the store - and the salesperson. "The window is still in the "process of being made". The store didn't have the common courtesy to call and let us know the status? End of July - window is available - now they have to schedule installation. Installation is scheduled for SEPTEMBER - we ordered the window in APRIL ! Installation day - or so we thought. Window is damaged! After a day of waiting for a phone call from them to find out what the status was (once again -decency and common courtesy gone by the wayside) - WE had to call the store! We called the store and talked to 3 different people and got 3 different "stories". The manager would not even come to the phone. Then we were told we had to take care of the issue ourselves. Isn't that what customer service is - isn't that what YOU are supposed to do - isn't that what we paid YOU to do? We even talked to the person who sold us the window - response "I don't care if you cancel the window". What ?! What kind of salesperson are you to say something like that? Bottom line - we canceled the order and now are awaiting our 'deposit' refund (good luck with that - right?). We'll 'start over' with a reputable window company which is what I guess we should have done in the beginning. Star rating should be ZERO to match the service from this store ! I went to this store 8/12 to purchase a storm door for my mother's house, Dwayne the manager in the door dept assisted me and i payed $35 for the measurment, he stated someone will be out in 10 days to measure the door. Nobody came out on the 10th day or the next day, so I called the store and spoke to Dwayne he could not find paperwork, i had to call back and speak to store manager Fred then they connected me to Claude Warneke, Field Manager for Service provider RF Installations I left him a message, days go by no communication with Claude, had to call store and speak to store manager Fred, eventually Claude came out to measure and then someone else came out to measure because they didn't get measurement from Home Depot, long story short, the storm door was installed 9/25 by Jaymin Tognarini from Royal King Construction it is too short there is a gap at the bottom of door, the door doesn't close securely to the house which is causing the gap at the bottom which something could easily come in to the house. I have called Jaymin back that night and he stated he has to contact Home Depot and get back to me, so far no response, I called Home Depot and spoke with store manager Michelle and she also stated she would check into it and get back to me on 9/26 no response from her, 9/27 my 83 yr old mother who was home alone called me at work and said someone was outside messing with the door and no one had informed me that someone would be coming back out to check the door. I called Claude and left a message about this I also called store manager Fred and informed him and he stated he will call Claude, Claude called back an stated he was not aware of someone going back out to the house to check the door but he would check into it and get back to me, my mother said the person had a white truck just like the man who put the door on, so I called Jaymin and left a message asking did he come back out to check the door. As of today 9/30 I have not heard back from Claude, Michelle, Fred, or Jaymin. I am very very dissatisfied with the customr service I have received from Home Depot after making a major purchase and was to going to buy my appliances from them. where to start with this review wow , on dec 7th,2021 we were in the market for a stove for my daughter so we researched stoves and ended up at home depot , monroville,pa , we picked out a stove and was told the stove was in stock and we purchased and it would be delevered dec 31st,2021 and they would call for delevery window, they did and it was delevered. ok no problem while still there we decided to look at freezers ,we picked one out checked with salesman who said they were in stock and 200 were allocated to the stores and could be delevered the same day dec 31st . ok, i said but we had to measure to make sure it would fit . left went home measured, but decided to go to home depot north versailles,pa cause closer and we purchased the freezer and was also told by this sales person that it would be delevered dec. 31st ,well not. never called on 31st, so checked my order on line and it said order was completed what. then jan. 1st,22 went to store nv talked to sales person and they checked order and said it was pulled from truck no reason given they were going to check what was up. i go back jan 3rd, and was told they lost it ?? what ?? i go back jan 4th and checked and was then told they were doing a document search ?? went back jan 6th talked to store manager who now said it ,the freezer was not even in production ,??? she kidding me after being told they were in stock, would be delevered lost and a doc search, who's covering for who. enough, i searched online found same freezer cheaper at american freight with an amazing sales person went and picked it up jan 6th night and back to the supposed depot to cancel my order and credit my card. no more depot, runarounds promises and lies!!! read more

Home depot makes it right!! I went to buy some perennial plants on sale, 4/$10. The had none. I wound up buying several for $6.48. I filled out a survey and explained I was unhappy.
