This Home Depot is exactly as you would expect it. Very organized. We found everything that we were looking for pretty quick. We needed help with finding a nut drill and someone directed us to it very quickly. They were very polite. The check out cashier was also pleasant and helped us key in screws and washer that didn't have barcodes and gave us a cheery welcome and goodbye. Unfortunate to see so many negative reviews at this location, but I came 2/14/25 at 3pm and it was pretty busy. We were looking for a 1/2' nut driver and some bolts. We found the right aisle and searched for about five minutes before I searched online and confirmed they carried what we were looking for (and confirmed correct aisle). Followed that confirmation I slowly scanned the labels and found that the 1/2' post was filled with 1/4' drivers. I waited a few minutes before finding someone to assist with finding 1/2' stock in the back but he ended up finding one right in the aisle (in another brand section). There was a sweet dog there I was able to pet too. Yay for dog friendly stores! Upon self checkout there's no barcode to scan nuts and bolts so the kind woman manning the self checkout entered them quickly for us and we were on our way! No bad experience here and I would return. read more

To say that I am ticked off with Home Depot would be an understatement. We purchased a new washer and dryer which was delivered last Saturday. The installers were supposed to install them but refused to do so because of the platform we wanted them installed on. We paid to have the doors reversed on both units and when the door on the washing machine was switched, I told the driver that it wasn't closing properly and he brushed me off. We had a friend and his son install them for us Monday and when we tried to use the washer, it wouldn't work, showing a door fault code. We contacted Home Depot and they sent out another delivery team today and they reset the door to where it closed properly but it still wouldn't work, showing a door fault code which they couldn't resolve. The only alternative was to have another new washer delivered. Home Depot told me the best they could do would be at least 4 or 5 days from now yet when we purchased them, we could have had them in two days. Now we wait until next Monday and hope that the next new washing machine will actually work. Meanwhile, I highly doubt I will ever buy another appliance from Home Depot based on this experience and I've been a Home Depot customer for many years. read more

Went into Home Depot today at 12:30 to purchase paint. I stood at the counter with others for a long time. The man running the paint department had seen us standing there but elected to help another customer down an isle. He returned about 10 minutes later and said the system is down so there is no paint available. I asked how was I to know that and he said, "I just told you". He was right but nothing was said when he first seen us and no word on when it would be available. So I went to Ace hardware with other customers. The employee didn't have to be rude! read more

Worst HD I've ever been in. My friend and I went to buy sod. We loaded it on the cart ourselves. When we were ready to load my truck and asked for help, the response was "sod is self service". Update- Can't believe how much has changed with this location. There customer service is good at a certain level but their concern for customer satisfaction and safety is non existent. The isles are filled with overstock product they can't fit above because they have decided to hoard and increase the inflated situation we are dealing with as a nation currently. I had the unfortunate experience where I witnessed an elderly woman trip over their overstock in the middle of the isles, she was bleeding a bit and sure she had to be taken by ambulance because it was a fall. The Home Depot is also making it terribly unsafe to park in the parking lot. They have mounds of pallets full of merchandise everywhere. Also tractor trailers parked in areas where you have blind corners, making it a scary situation for drivers. I've asked in the past about the scraps after cutting and they usually sell them or give them away. This last visit I was told no and that they get thrown out... come on are you serious! Talk about not being echo friendly at all. The only and I mean the only reason this location does so well is because it's competition is more than 20 miles away. I'd love to see a lowes pop up right next door because this place does not care at all about the customers anymore. Purchased a fancy door a fancy storm door and install of all. A month later Home Depot shows up to measure. Door installer is very short and grumpy. Says nothing to me. I get a call the next day and they can install the door they sold me for install because its not wind rated. So I lost a month waiting had 1300 wrapped up in them and all for nothing. Went to garden section to get rocks for my flower beds.Spent hundreds of dollars on plants and rocks in the past. The bag of rocks only had about 10 bags left on the pallet half the bags were ripped or had holes in them seen one of there employees that worked in garden section.I approached a employee from the garden section he was trying to avoid me look the other way and really rude and really bad attitude. When I showed him the bags I was looking for continue with nasty attitude been to Home Depot many times in northeast never experienced such bad attitude. Ordered custom window in October 2022. Waited 12 weeks for install and first window ordered was wrong size. Waited another 12 weeks and subcontractor that came out took 6 hours to install and ran out of caulk before completion. Window did not fit properly and was told someone would come back out to fix and caulk. 3 weeks later another subcontractor out and took pictures and stated someone else would be out ASAP. Still waiting on call. Multiple calls made to install manager with no new date to come out. Very frustrated customer. If you sign with Home Depot install I hope you have better luck than me. When someone finally came out I was asked if I was waiting for curbside & I told him that I had checked in twice already but he informed me that my name wasn't listed as placing an order. After a few minutes he stated that he would go inside and see if he could locate my order & then asked why didn't I go inside instead of waiting. I informed him that the check in instructions state to wait in your vehicle. He returned to the vehicle after 10 minutes with my order & loaded my vehicle. Once I arrived home & unloaded my vehicle I realized there was a small hole in the bag & some of the product had spilled into the the truck of my vehicle. I purchased 3 very expensive appliances from Home Depot washer and dryer delivered last Saturday. Buyer be wear. I was NEVER informed that Home Depot was NOT doing the delivery apparently they contacted out the delivery to a HORRIBLE company that are nothing but DROP and GO men. These men have NOT been trained or educated in Customer Service they have been hear 4 times extremely Rude do NOT want to fix problem get out as fast as they get in. The have ZERO education and training in installation. HORRIBLE COMPANY terrible catch 22 the customer only has 48 hours to complain about a problem which I did after machine's arrived 30 minutes later tried to wash clothes. Ordered lumber, blocks, sand etc... lumber was twisted, blocks were cracked and pavers different colors from different batches///at 68 -I came in to get 40 bags of mulch... three associates stood by and talk while watching me load and pull this stuff around... no "offer" of assistance.... Today I went in to pick up some vegetable seeds... (this is after all our Fall and Winter" planting season... Nope we don't carry seeds now... (???) But you can but one little stinking veggie plant for 5 bucks!! Where are your vegetable tray packs? I was unable to find the product I needed on the HD app, even though I knew it was in the store. I went to the store where a kind associate had to climb up to get a new box for me. In checking out, The price for a box of 24 scanned kas $7.79 for 24 in the box. Individual items were $2.99 each. I called for check out help.. she was unable to get me 24 of the $2.99 items. I like this Home Depot, and have been to many others in the area and across the country. The staff here knows me when they see me, and are always friendly and nice to chat with. This store is well organized, and the staff can always point me in the right direction to find what I seek. I like how you can get an email receipt instantly sent to you. I wish other places did that too. Doors, lumber, shower heads, carpet, insulation, keys made, light bulbs, tool rentals, and more, if it has to do with home remodeling or fix up projects of any type this is the place to find what you need at a great price. Went to buy a washing matching. There was no one to help. So we looked for an associate to call someone that work in that department. The associate made an outcall for someone need it in appliance. After waiting for 25 minutes, my husband went to the cashier and she said to take a picture and she can do it in the line. Meaning they want me to buy something without information . Very bad customer service . After all of that, the cashier said it will take two months for delivery. Very disappointed. The store does not want to make make a 1000 sale. Drove to the store and click on the link in the email, which opens the app on my phone to a prompt that curbside pick-up ends at 6 pm. This is not listed in the app, email, website, or on google. Only found out by clicking the link in the email that I am at the store. I had to go into the store to pick-up which defeats the purpose of curbside pick-up and avoiding contact for Covid-19 on top of wasting time. read more

I have to say, the employees here are fantastic and really go out of their way to help you find exactly what you're looking for! Had a very pleasant experience here a few weeks ago when shopping for a new A/C unit because our old one broke down. The associate who helped us was very knowledgeable about the products they carry, and was able to help us select one that was not just in our budget's price range, but even better than what we had originally come looking for! We were also able to get a ton of other stuff we needed. My boyfriend said they wouldn't have something like cell phone chargers here but we were amazed to find that not only did they have them, but the ones they carry are great! He also got a nice new hatchet and pair of work gloves for his job. They even carry pet-safe bug spray! I was amazed. They had literally everything we needed and it was great. 10/10 recommended! read more

Home Depot advertises a 10% Military Discount, no conditions. However this apparently applies only to in store purchases. Their computer system cannot process the discount on any items bought on line or special ordered. That means pretty much all bulk orders for flooring, lumber, tile, ec. Thus the discount is only good for $1.50 off garden shears or batteries or some other minor in store purchase. Hence the so called Military Discount is largely a false advertising gimmick. Not the fault of the employees. Senior management clearly had the computers set up to prevent processing of the Mlitary Discount on bulk orders. Contractors be advised. I wont be using Home Depot for any future bulk orders. read more

Good store, has everything you need of course as Home Depot does. The staff was generally friendly, I like that they have self checkout options now. The woman in the appliances isle was very helpful while comparing different brands and options for our new home. She made some good suggestions and we left with everything we needed and came for. I ordered kitchen cabinets from Home Depot cost of 14,000 took 6 weeks for delivery .home depot did measuring and inhalation , the cabinets came 5 peaces damaged and one cabinet 6 ins to big ! Meanwhile I will be without kitchen and water for at least 6 to 8 weeks!!! Right though thanksgiving possible Christmas they have to reorder which will take another 6 weeks, counter top garnet will take 4 weeks !! The only thing that was good it the installer he does not work for home-depot but they do contracting with home. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HOME DEPOT FOR YOUR KITCHEN REMODEL AND CABINETS . We stopped by for African Violet potting soil and new pots for Mom's African Violets. I discovered a clean and well lit store, especially for a Home Depot. We were greeted upon entering the store. As I stood trying to orient myself to where I wanted to go (the store turned out to be a mirror image of the one I am used to) another clerk came up to ask me if he could help us. I told him what I was looking for. With a smile, he gave me directions. I found what I was looking for, the check out lines were short, and we left. No complaints here. As an aside, the garden section looked well stocked, but I didn't spend much time looking over the selection on this trip. read more
