Stopped in here to pick up some screws and have some keys made. I was greeted upon entering the store and asked if I needed help with anything. I told the lady what I needed, and she directed me to this lady on an aisle for the keys. When I approached the lady, she was opening a cabinet and she huffed, lol! It was all good. I told her she can finish what she was going to do and she told me that it would take a while. So I gave her my keys and she started making the copies. While my copies were being made, I checked out some screws and bout some of those. The lady was done by the time I came back. I went to the register to check-out and there was a lady that was up there that helped me. She was very nice and kind. We had a good short convo while she helped me. My items were fairly inexpensive. Don't EVER buy a battery from here because they don't understand what a core charge is, and they will rip you off. I purchased a battery and brought my old battery in so that it paid for the core on the new battery. The new battery did not work, so we returned the battery, and they refused to give me a core telling me they already gave me one. NO! You gave me the core foe the OLD battery that you already have in your possession, and now you owe me the core for the battery I just gave you because EACH battery has a core charge. They are too stupid to understand that, tho. So again.... DO NOT PURCHASE A BATTERY FROM THEM. THEY SUCK ANYWAYS. read more

This location sits on its own land without competition or neighboring stores. I'm not accustomed to seeing an HD chillin with less than 75% of the parking lot full. Very strange, but this could be associated to the economy. I found many of their employees more than willing to help and point us in the right directions. Shopping for dishwashers and initially going well until looking at dishwashers on clearance that is more than the same model is on sale. I asked what was wrong with it and was told floor model but appeared to be a return with water marks inside. The assistant manager says well I can give you for the same price as the other. I say that is dumb I would just buy the new one. I said I want 25% off because on clearance for that. He said I might be able to get 10%...forget it. The assistant manager Troy was standing right next to me while I waited for the checkout lady to figure out what the SKU was. Instead of helping us he went and helped a female out at the customer service desk after staring at her as she passed him by. He hurried to the counter so he could service her. Damn!! Finally 3/11/2021. Not the Home Depot in Saginaw, but I had a terrible time with Home Depot online shopping. Jan. 23rd, ordered a refrigerator-problems began! Would be delivered 2/10/21. Good on that, BUT the contractor delivery told me he couldn't take it off the truck, leveler missing. They told me That it'd be 3 days to update me, " somebody will call you"Nothing the next 3 days, I HAD TO CALL THEM and ask when another delivery would be, ( understand, this is Home Depot delivery ) lady helped me out on the phone & said, replacement would be sent 3/17/2021. The day of delivery I took my old refrigerator out, I didn't have a refrigerator!! My bill for the fridge was due 2/21. I called Citi bank ( Home Depot's Credit ) and talked w/rep and told the moron I wasn't going to pay for an appliance I haven't gotten! I asked to defer the payment till I got same! No wanting to wait, I purchased a fridge from BestBuy ( should of done in the first place ) a week later received a call that my payment was overdue! So obviously the rep didn't notate my request, after countless calls from Citi Bank ref overdue payment I got this ( I hope ) resolved, after weeks that I cancelled the transaction completely, someone dropped the ball on this one. DO NOT ORDER KITCHEN INSTALLATION FROM HERE. It's been 9 months since we ordered our kitchen. They still do not have it right. From mis-measures to wrong cabinets. They promised a week ago they have it right now. Well today they called me and still have the cabinets wrong. And they are trying to charge me an additional 350 for the same cabinet they screwed up the order on. Let's pile on. Because they mis-measured (BY 9 INCHES), the cabinets are wrong. Well the counter top people came out (sent by home depot) and said they will have to come back out when the new cabinets are in and have to charge ME $75!! AND it is going to be a minimum of 6 weeks for the counter top AFTER the new cabinets are in (which are two weeks out).
