This place is so fun to come to when I'm bored. The garden center is interesting, and they have really cool tools inside. My favorite part is the lawnmowers outside. I love to sit on the different types of mowers and feel what it's like to be in that position. The environment at Home Depot is awesome and makes me feel cool. It seems like there is always something on sale that could be useful, and the prices are pretty good. The people here are super nice and friendly. This Home Depot is radical! read more

Pros: this location is great. It doesn't have all the car traffic the other locations have. There's lots of employees always willing and eager to help. Easy return policy. They have everything in this store. Always have what we need. This store is packed with merchandise. Any time we have a honeymoon project we come here. Cons: none I can think of. read more

We ordered custom blinds for our new home and neither the customer service rep nor I were aware of the ramification of the options available. What we received for one standard sized window was perfection. A roll top blind with a valance up top is absolutely perfect. On a window in the adjoining room, we tried to get the same material, but the problem was the massive length of the room. We had to order two blinds to roll up together, but a valance was not available with the length. It looks unfinished. Let alone the gap in the middle looks like someone's gap toothed sister and on a front window no less. We ultimately ended up ordering some curtains to cover the shade on this larger window because we wanted additional coverage from the street. At the end of the day, we should have gone with a true custom blind and window coverage source for this specific oversized window. I'd recommend the same for anyone with an oddly shaped window or frame. read more

This has to be the worst HD on the planet for employees, their ability to help, listen, instead of talking. Any pricing issues or questions and it's like you've questioned God himself. Store shelves are in price disarray. When your employees do not want to actually have any common ground with your Trade workers. You may want to fix it. read more

We came in very close to closing to look at riding lawn mowers and came across a dented one. We spoke to Katie at the return desk who pointed us to Sherri, manager. Sherri offered us a competitive lowered price on the dented lawn mower. When we pulled out our Home Depot credit card to pay for our purchase Sherri took it upon herself to call card services and get the interest free promotion extended to 18 months. She got us free delivery to our home as well as a water heater we were going to order online. Sherri and Katie were extremely helpful and polite. We will choose this location over others in the area in the future. read more

Toilet arrived in pieces. They stated they couldn't do anything but provide a cheaper model. Asked if they could upgrade for the same price and was told no. They even wanted to charge for the installation. I held them to a higher standard because they weren't owned by Walmart like Lowes. I have spent thousands of dollars with Home Depot and have gotten no satisfication. Looks like I have to look for another home improvement store. read more

This Hone Depot is great! The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and were very helpful when we were purchasing a lawn mower.

We ordered a toilet online it was delivered in pieces. It was completely smashed the bowl, tank, seat, everything. When we called this location they stated we would have to bring it back, we didn't get a refund, instead they offered us a less expensive model with other type of compensation. The lady we spoke with stated that they couldn't deliver today (thus we will be without a toilet for another day.) We have spent a considerable amount of money due to building a home and this is how we were treated. We will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

We were at The Home Depot off Delaware in Tulsa today. Went to go check out with the plants we chose; one didn't have a price tag with a barcode. The cashier, Dixie, told my husband that he would have to go look for an identical plant because she couldn't leave the register. My husband, being the gentleman he is, immediately started looking. He had no success finding a similar plant after looking for a few minutes and told Dixie to charge what was necessary. She yelled "I can't do that!" I then said that the situation wasn't our fault & we wanted the plant. She then yelled "It's not my fault either!" I'm in the customer service industry & was blown away by her lack of kindness & care for her job. My husband said that we would forgo the plant, but I didn't back down, we weren't leaving without that plant. That is when Dixie said she would call for a price check. Why didn't she do that in the beginning instead of treating us like trash? We moved aside so other customers could get checked out while we waited for the price. Ended up being a $60 plant. We'll take our business to Lowe's from now on. I don't usually take the time to leave a review unless it's positive, but this experience was something you'd typically only see in a movie. I did find several plants that I liked except I did not like the fact that the dirt was bone dry. And the cashier said I'd have to walk to the customer service to ask for a discount on them. I'm sorry but I'm not about to walk inside and about half way across the store just to ask for a discount then walk half way across the store back outside then over to my car. Plus there was also an older guy who was wanting to buy 10 flats of a certain kind of plants and was told he'd have to count how many plants in total in the 10 flats then go inside to ask for a discount at the customer service counter. I think I will stick to Lowe's since if you're not happy with the appearance of any of the plants or if the dirt is dry then you can ask anyone who works there for a discount and they give you a discount no questions asked. read more

Not my favorite home depot. There are locations with more items and more employees. There is a general lack of enthusiasm at this store. If it's super convenient for you, fine. But if you need to bounce ideas off of someone or ask for help, I'd go to the one on 71st or to Lowe's. read more

Home depot has a good tool selection and decent prices, but if your looking for lumber I think Lowe's is the place to go

July 12, 2019 Just left Home Depot on Delaware in Tulsa and was less than impressed with the employee help. In fact, because I am building a project, I have been there three days in a row and each and every day I come away disappointed with the staff. Each time I go there the staff seem perturbed that I would ask for assistance but grudgingly provide it. However, they usually offer "I don't know" rather than "I will help you find what you need." And when they do have an opinion, it is as often as not factually incorrect. For example, in the last three days I have twice been told they don't have an item that they actually do carry. The two items I am speaking of are HANGER BOLTS and 1x3x8' boards. So if you need help finding an item, my advice would be to go somewhere else, perhaps Lowes. Maybe you can get better help there. read more

Bad customer service. Tried to get help with wood cutting. They wouldn't even acknowledge me even after another customer did acknowledge me. The employees kept on walking by without so much as an " I'll be right with you". If you need help don't go to this store. read more
