Also, one of my favorites, On a Whim is one of the few stores in Tulsa to carry Kendra Scott jewelry! The staff is very energetic and always willing to help. It is a very fun store. When I had my civil ceremony, my friend and officiant gifted us personalized champagne flutes with our initials and wedding date on them.
