I had a fantastic experience in the paint department at this Home Depot. I had previously purchased a small can of custom-mixed paint at another Home Depot location, but when I went back for more, they told me they couldn't recreate the color--even though they had mixed it originally. I decided to try this location instead, and I'm so glad I did. The associate in the paint department went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to show me just how simple it was to match the existing color and mixed a new can for me without any problems. His knowledge, willingness to help, and excellent customer service made all the difference. I left very happy with the experience and truly appreciated the extra effort. The appliance department was helpful in our search for a new washing machine, we did our research and measurements so it was easy to find a nice washing machine a GE model. It was black Friday sale and we saved a couple of hundred dollars and since they did not give me a veteran discount that was a disappointment but john the sales rep took off an extra 20 off. I prefer this Home Depot to other Home Depots. My girlfriend and I needed to find vinyl floor paneling, and weren't sure exactly where to find the specific brand and color we were considering. Within a couple of minutes of trying to find what we were seeking, we were greeted by one of the store associates who guided us to the right shelves in the right aisle. One of the store managers also came down to provide some additional pointers and recommendations when choosing the panels. Everyone with whom we spoke were very helpful and allowed is to make the right purchase. We will definitely make another trip to this Home Depot in the future. read more

Replaced old sliding door to a new French door from Home depot installation department and I'm very disappointed with them . Door was unproperly installed, have very hard time to open/close that door. Waiting two month for someone to come and fix this problem and still waiting ... Do not recommend to use Home Depot to install anything , they are not RELIABLE! read more

I recently purchased a window air conditioner at this location. Unfortunately it was defective so I was forced to return it. . It's a rather expensive item and since I had the receipt and the card it was charged to I expected an exchange. They would not do that. They insisted that I do a return, get "a refund" and purchase a new one. Two days later the refund has yet to show up on my credit card. I tried calling the store repeatedly and was not able to speak to anyone in the accounting department. So I actually went to the location. Oddly enough when they called the department from the front desk the accountant was available on the phone. She wouldn't see me because she was "in the back ". I briefly explain my issues and only then was I informed that I would have to wait 3 to 5 business days for the money to refund to my account. All this because they would not do an exchange. Not everyone has the disposable income to replace things that are this expensive twice..Home Depot'!! Are you that hard up for money that you have to hold onto people money for an extra day or two? Jonathan in the lumber section was more than happy to help last night. It's hard enough to find someone to help you and when you do it seems like they're always in a hurry to go do something else. Jonathan was not only professional but very nice and easy to communicate with. He helped us for over 30 minutes as we had numerous cuts on different pieces of baseboard and trim. If this was the norm for customer service shopping would be a much easier task. This is absolutely the worst Home Depot I've ever been to, and it sucks cause it's my neighborhood Home Depot. The staff is surly and don't want to help you with anything and this is based off of multiple trips to this store... I found the staff helpful, i dislike how the cashiers can't fix an error, but then you must take more time and walk to the returns area when the cashier who first handled it is even the one who walked all the way to fix it at returns... Think outside the box corporate! Realize that frustrations chase customers away, even if it gets resolved, when it becomes a hassle. Potentially polices could be if the purchase develops an error, then it can be fixed right where the transaction has just happened. I.e. oops i rang up to many things... Frustrated new customer. I've been going to Lowe's all of my life until I bought a home closer to a Home Depot. I've been getting everything for my new home in this store until today. I've been researching shelving units online for weeks and I finally found one I wanted. Online the store shows 14 so I head in and can not find it anywhere. Online says "see associate" for location. Well three of the associates can not locate it and said did you try another store? I will try another store going forward... back to blue for me. A tip for managers of this location would be to coach your "associates" to reduce walkouts by escalating these types of issues. read more

I bought a kitchen remodel from Home Depot over a year ago. The project today is still not complete, and they have stopped communicating. They will not coordinate the project as they promise initially. You will end up chasing the subs yourself. In fact the "designer" will not talk to you once the job is paid for (100% down). The contractor used in south Florida for almost every store is J&G. Their work is terrible, but Home Depot just keeps letting them go on. STAY AWAY and do yourself a favor hire a real kitchen designer and installer. It will save you time, money, and you will actually receive the quality you pay for. read more

We made major purchases at this store, our complaint was with the purchase of additional insurance on their appliances. Do not spend the money on this, they do not honour the plan, when there is a major problem like we had with the micro wave, they blamed me for causing the defect. They are awful to deal with, when I asked for a copy of the report I was told we don't do that, our decision that we gave you verbally is final. Big ripoff, we will never purchase anything else, even a light bulb from Home Depot. Service on follow up is a sham, they take your money and when there is a problem you can just sing for anything! NEVER BUY APPLIANCES from this place! At first they delivered a defective washer, then they decided they could just schedule a delivery date that's convenient to them without even asking what day I'm available. I called them twice and twice they still scheduled a day that I won't be at home because of worrk. They have POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE , they don't care about the fact that they're the ones who caused me this inconvenience. They are INCONSIDERATE and UNCARING.
