This HD is by far the best in the area. The staff is always around. This time I was looking for planters for my orchids. I asked one gentleman and he was like "over there by the pots." (Obviously) I ignored him. Then there was another gentleman next to me and he walked me over grabbed it for me and asked if I needed anything else. I've been shopping at this Home Depot since I owned my condo in 2003. The service and product pricing have always been on point. I visited today to have some keys made for a fellow board member. I asked a gentleman for assistance; however, he was busy helping another customer so he asked another team member, Cliff, to assist me. Cliff was very friendly and knowledgeable with key making. He was able to produce copies of both the keys I needed. I was completely satisfied with my experience. I utilized self checkout, but was pleasantly surprised by the unexpecinteraction. Although I used self checkout, I was still greeted and thanked by an employee. Moreover, she asked me if she could assist me further. I love this location for the convenience and consistency. I will continue to shop here for my home projects and miscellaneous needs. Update: Once again the customer service was on point today. Dave was extremely helpful and personally guided me to the items I inquired about. Another gentleman in the vicinity of the Ring doorbells was also accommodating and looked up the stock to determine availability as the shelf was free of the model I desired. He suggested I visit the self checkout station due to the fact they keep a locked cabinet of merchandise and the system stated 1 remained. The young lady couldn't locate the doorbell I was in search of, but alllowed me to take a glance. Thank God! I was able to find the doorbell in an obscure and incorrect location. This Home Depot was pretty well tended and nice. They had some good sales going on. Everything was clean and it looked somewhat better kept than the local one to me. I was happy to find quite a decent selection of plants in the garden center, I wanted to stop and get some things that maybe weren't available in Jacksonville and I was not disappointed. I was disappointed that they don't have any orange trees to speak up anywhere in Florida but I think that's more due to the orange blight that happened a couple years ago. The staff was nice and offered to carry my stuff out which of course I did not need. Leave it to me to stuff a bunch of plants and an actual tree into a rented jaguar XJ3 ... I love Home Depot. It's one of my favorite stores . This place is a disaster and should be closed down tomorrow. There was not a single person who knew where the items were in the store. The manager was on break, and once she was done, she joined me and trying to find three items which the website they had in stock. Each item took us over 45 minutes to localize. She badmouth everyone who worked in the store and after spending 3 1/2 hours looking for basic products. We finally gave up.... i've been to many Home Depot's. When I found this location on yelp and saw the two stars I was wary. I should've listen to the yelp reviews! We rented a Penske truck from this Home Depot and the employee, Mike, was a real asshole. See photo attached. My mother came here two weeks ago to look at the truck she was going to rent ahead of time, then when we got here Mike gave us a different vehicle that would not work. It took an hour and a half to finally get a truck that would work for us. Mike gave us a hard time every step of the way. He was rude, short, never told us where he was going or how long to wait. This Home Depot is so bad. No one knows what they are doing. Anytime I order something online it literally takes longer to check out then if I were to go in and buy it myself. They always have the orders wrong or in the back. Last time I was there the lady working said, "your order is in the back, you can go check if it's there and then I'll ring you out." I had to go check myself if it was even there (1 item) and then wait in line again to get rung out. Another time I was there, I was returning an item and the lady working said "I don't know how to return an item (this was at customer service mind you) so she sent me to the pro-desk, then the pro-desk sends me back to customer service and made me wait for a return. My company spends about $300,000 annually here and the only reason why is convenience, if not I would never shop here just for the ridiculous customer service they have. It's always a long process for whatever you need or whatever you have a question about, I would love to close out my account here and spend the money somewhere else. They really need to work on hiring/training better employees. The only reason why they even get 1 Star is because some employees are actually really nice, they just don't know what they are doing and it's hard to even chase one down to get help. read more

Thank you Home Depot for helping to keep us safe in these challenging times. This morning I went to the Home Depot on Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. in West Palm Beach, FL. I was tentative about going to any store but knew this store had the ability to self check out with store associates near enough to answer questions. This eased my mind. Further, all associates were properly wearing masks. I saw three men helping load a truck and they were all wearing masks. The staff in the garden area were all wearing masks properly. Carts were waiting as I entered the garden area so my time was well used. I was able to get what I needed and check out in an efficient manner. Horrible customer service. I was making a return and waited in line for 45 mins for someone to help me. Finally a manager named Gustavo came to help me and gave me a very off putting attitude and made me wait for another 15 mins while he was helping people that was waiting in line behind me. He then got to me and told me he would give me only the lowest marked price for my item being that I didn't have the receipt even though I paid for it with me Home Depot Credit card. Good morning everybody who reads this review. last November I went into contract with Home Depot to install a brand new sliding door. fast forward the door was just installed yesterday (05/24/22). The installation was piss poor. The door was not installed right. the locking mechanism broke so I had to do a make shift lock with a level and a brick. This is because the screws on the lock were to small,. the inside around the door frame they caulked with some brown stuff. The bottom where the frame meets the tile they caulked that to (see photos and video below). I spent a heck of a lot of money for this door and this is the service I get. After they finish there was no clean up at all. all this is unacceptable, but they are calling me for the final payment, that's not happening until all is right and working. I'm not happy with i pay a company big money and they contract the work out to a contractor who doesn't even work for them. home Depot needs to do something asap to fix this issue I have companies coming to do more work I.e alarm company and tint company to finish the job. read more

Looking to buy a chainsaw from Dewalt, tool only was $99 according to their app, which had an "info" icon that said that it was a promotion based on the store I was. I grabbed someone to take it out of the locked shelving. He said he doubted that was the price because his hand held said 129. The whole time he was mumbling about having to bent to get the tool saying he couldn't really bent. He then was acting as if we were going to steal the damn tool. He actually took it to the front which I understand but he was so reluctant and such a horrible attitude with us (my husband was about to just leave it all but I won't pass a good deal for stupidity). At the cashiers, I told her about the promotion and she said HOME DEPOT does NOT "price match" within their own website, that managers won't approve!! however, nowhere on their app or online does it say, "online only". The woman in the garden center is making a concentrated effort to touch everyone that comes through her line. She has a patch on her vest that says 6 feet away but she isn't wearing a mask, and she is intentionally close talking and laughing in the faces of her customers (including elderly people). So I got out of line and went to the construction entrance and a female employee is leaning against a guy who isn't wearing a mask flirting. People are getting covid because of this store. read more

Three people sat next to the key station, needing keys to be copied. Five separate pages were made to the key station, no one showed up except two guys that didn't know how to use the machines. I went to HD because I needed to repair the shut off valve on my sister's water heater after I had turned the water off, it wouldn't turn the water back on. The associate in plumbing was very helpful in helping me to select the right Sharkbite parts to get the job done without any soddering. Saved me a ton of time!!! read more

Stop, Do Not Buy "cabinet makeovers" from The Home Depot. Just like putting lipstick on a pig. It is a third party vendor and Home Depot will look out for them not you. Overpriced and the salesman lied telling me my 27yr old fiberboard cabinets were better than any wood cabinets I could get today, also I could not get cabinets for less than 20K. Liars!!! They look cheap, they charged me 9k for a small kitchen 10 boxes total upper and lower. These third party vendors use hard sell tactics, do your research, go to your local cabinet guy, Support the small bussiness person. There is NO Customer Service at HD corperate. Tried real hard to buy kitchen floor tile and have them install it. A nice woman helped me find the tile I wanted but there was only one guy that could write it up. He was dealing with a couple so I waited and waited.finally said I needed a key made,I said pls don't take anyone else I would be right back.approached the key man and he " barked" at me that he was busy with another customer. 6 keys later.it was my turn. Garbage experience. Absolutely and beyond ridiculous. We placed an order online for a grill. Paid all set, they said it'd be delivered Saturday. 7am on Saturday morning we're woken up by the delivery people, which fine whatever, but come to find out, he says he brought the wrong grill. Fine, he said they'll be back later. Nobody comes back, no one contacts us, so we call the person who was delivering and he says it's scheduled for Monday. Monday comes and goes with no grill and no contact, we check online, scheduled for Tuesday before 8pm. Tuesday comes, 8pm comes, and no grill. We give it to 9pm, no contact, so we call homedepot and track it down to this location. We talk to this location and they tell us it was an attempted delivery on Saturday and no one was there to receive. We explain what happened and she assured us she'd look into it and give us a call back. After 15 mins we decide to drive down to the store to get an answer before they close. We get there and the lady we spoke to on the phone is there and had no answers and had definitely not been investigating as she started calling people when we inquired about the grill. She calls over the PA for someone to check, no one does anything for 15 mins because then a kid is walking to the front and she asks him to go to the back and investigate. Nothing in the back. Only grill they have is a beat up floor model missing pieces that the manager offers to take off a mere $75 from the $399. 3 days after delivery date and 1 hour of waiting for someone to do a something and the order is cancelled and we have no grill. We have a vanity supposedly being delivered at the end of the month from homedepot too, I wonder if I should just save myself the aggravation and cancel it now. read more

I've never written a review before. Are used to enjoy going to the store - all of the staff were helpful, professional, and friendly , and they didn't have an answer they would try to find one. I get it we have a pandemic going on but the last few times I've been in the store, during this holiday season, Most often If I have a question for someone, they look very put out, they don't say hello and if they don't know where it is they just say I don't know. In June I began a remodeling of my kitchen. I purchased a new refrigerator from Home Depot and they deliver. The day of scheduled delivery I had living room cleared to kitchen as I knew they would need to remove doors from refrigerator to get it into kitchen. First understand if you contract delivery with Home Depot it is another company who delivers it. I would ask for name of delivery company and do a check on them before I would buy from Home Depot. It might save you a lot of money and a whole lot of time and aggression . Ralph's delivery is who delivered my frig. They showed up with out any tools to do the job. Dented door of frig bringing it in( small) refunded $150. During the process of putting doors back on frig. The delivery guy took it on himself to go into my carport and get one of my ladders. He moved both and leaned one against a post in front of my car. About two minutes after he came into house we heard a Big Bang in carport. The ladder was on the floor in front of my car. It had fallen on my new car. $1400 in damage. Headmitsmoving the ladder . I was speaking with manager at HD on palm beach lakes at the time workers where I house. Was advised to do anything . Except fill a claim. I ask to have this documented , the delivery guys refused to write it down. I had to sign. Don't ever sign if they damage your property. Their insurance company refuses to take any responsibility . I have two witness , no one cares . I recommend research delivery company and video tape whole process. I will more then likely have to pay for their mistake. I expected more from Home Depot. Lowes is my new home store. I will still video any one coming into my home. read more

Update of posting from Friday April 13th, 2018. I waited Saturday the 14th until around 9:30 before calling to check on my delivery. I was able to reach the person with only being on hold about 5 minutes, maybe a bit more, that assured me she had spoken directly with the dispatcher from the third party delivery company and I would indeed receive my order that day. I asked had it been loaded on the truck that morning for delivery and already currently on the way. She put me on hold and after some time came back on the phone and explained, that no, it had missed the morning trucks, but would for sure be delivered on the early afternoon trucks and arrive at my home no later than 1pm. I expressed to her that first of all, it should have been on the morning trucks and second of all isn't there someone at the Home Depot store that oversees what is loaded by the third party to be delivered, of course. Well, yes. I asked her would she please personally make sure my order is put on the truck before it leaves on the late morning/afternoon deliveries. Her response was, I should not worry because she had already spoken with the dispatcher. I explained again that I was told that on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and it was simply not enough to hear it again on Saturday. I asked would she personally take responsibility to ensure my delivery was on the vehicle and call me when it left the store. She agreed and did so. Thank you for that. My delivery arrived around 2pm Saturday the 14th of April 2018. I have yet to hear from any sort of management of Home Depot regarding this entire incident. But I still have hope they will provide me additional consideration for all the lost work time for my spouse, myself, and the aggravation of an entire week of my life devoted to get some Lumber delivered from Home Depot. I have ordered many large loads in the past from the store on Okeechobee Blvd and had excellent service. This time, with Store #6320 East. Palm Beak Lakes was a unforgettable nightmare. Ken Smith I placed an order for some Lumber, Insulation and mulch on Saturday the 7th of April online. I intended to order the items from the location on Okeechobee Blvd where I have never had an issue with orders and delivery's in the past, but missed that the site had actually chosen this store for me instead I assume due to my zipcode. I chose Tuesday for delivery and agreed to the $70.00 delivery charge. There is an upcharge to get a 4 hour window instead of all day. The delivery arrived with only the mulch, and my spouse spent the entire day off work waiting for the remainder of the delivery that the driver said would follow. I went online that evening and web chat with their customer support, they apologized and re-arranged for deliver for Wednesday. I asked since there is a $40.00 up charge for a smaller delivery window, what would the "downcharge" be for never showing up. The online clerk was very nice and offered a 10% discount on the order. I accepted the new terms. Wednesday came and went with no calls and no delivery. Since I could not get anyone on the phone at the store to answer delivery questions, I went to online chat again. They again apologized, called the store while I waited (they must have a back door number that actually gets answered), spoke with the correct person - Supervisor Jannel I believe and got the explanation that the order was loaded on the wrong truck and they would try again for Thursday. This time I asked for the store manager and district managers name. Store manager is apparently Norman and the district manager is John R Schiller. I asked that either or both or all three please contact me on my cell directly. I never heard from them. I emailed John R Schiller and an auto reply came back that he is on vacation until April 20th and then at a HVAC seminar after that and unavailable. I kept trying to call the store and speak with the store manager Norman but could never get connected. Just minute after minute of hold music then finally disconnected / hung up on. The online chat person was able to get Jannelle on the line and she promised the delivery for Thursday morning, She even called me directly at that time. Whew. Finally I'll get my order right? I asked for her to provide me the short delivery window for now FRIDAY and picked the 6am to 10am delivery, and took the morning off myself instead of my spouse and waited for the delivery. Guess what. It didn't arrive and no one called. I got online again with chat, they after about 35 minutes got Norman himself on their line and he explained to the chat people that my delivery had been scheduled to be loaded on a Box truck which it clearly would not fit and by the time he was aware, there were no flat bed trucks to do the delivery. Went to store to inquire about delivery of replacement only appliance salesperson was out of store. Went to Customer Service lady tried to help until her nasty supervisor said "nothing we can do the appliance sales person will call me" Never received a call, called the store manager he never answered and he does not have voice mail. Call 800 number after 30 minutes they discovered order was canceled they could reorder but could not honor sale price. Thought is was interesting that my order was canceled it was still on my credit card and credit card company had no record of any credit.
