I also found that they no longer offer discounts for loyalty card except for a few "on sale" items. Maybe that's why they were so empty. Oh! And the food? It was ok but nothing was ready (still cooking) and so there was a long line of people waiting for the food. I wanted the new chili chicken but the wait was too long so settled for the meatballs. Customer service and basic courtesy seem to have declined significantly. Unfortunately, after this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
