The hungriest patrons might prefer the cleverly named "Big Mac," which boasts two all beef patties, a delightful special sauce, crisp lettuce, organic American cheese, farm raised pickles and onions, all carefully nestled on a sesame seed bun. And don't miss the french fries, which are shoestring cut, blanched in tap water, and deep-fried in an unidentified type of hydrogenated vegetable oil. Meals can be "super sized" for those with the heartiest of appetites. The menu is surprisingly large for a short-order restaurant though, featuring other items such as mechanically separated chicken part entrees like the "McNugget," which can be purchased in boxes of varying portion sizes and come with your choice of sauces encased in individual plastic serving containers. I have heard they offer a seasonal called the "McRib," made of savory chopped pork pieces and molded into a tender boneless rib sandwich at select locations. Given the special nature of this sandwich, it may only be offered in larger cities.
