We had had an ice storm and the drivers side of the vehicle had been frozen solid. After putting it up on the lift and taking it for a drive it was concluded that the tires had been so cold it affected the driving. Once they warmer up the problem went away. Dustin Nelson couldn't have handled the situation more thoroughly. While waiting Jodi showed me the new Santa Fe hybrid which I'm some what interested in. I don't care for the" boxie" look of them though. I wasn't charged for this unexpected visit either. This is my second Sante Fe and have ALWAYS had excellent service. Rather than focusing on the vehicle, my concerns, or working toward a deal, much of the conversation centered on how long he had been in the business and why he believed no one was better than him. His attitude came across as arrogant, dismissive, and disrespectful. Throughout the conversation, I felt talked down to rather than treated as a valued customer. Instead of discussing reasonable options or working toward a mutually beneficial agreement, the interaction felt more focused on establishing his authority and experience than addressing my questions and concerns. I did like the vehicle and wished it was different but will not give money to a dealership that treats people like this.

I purchased this car from Elan with a large payment plan for quick pay off. I purchased in Feb 2023 have only 4Payment left. And from 1 week after purchasing the car a laundry list of thing were wrong with it. From: Front Sam Module Relay issue. Mass Air Flow Sensor Issue. Cracked Coolant Reservoir Battery drains due to park light never turning off. Wiring Issue + Water Issue due which causing electrical issue. I agree with Tyler Litrel (another unhappy customer). For me the only GREAT experience at Elan is Danielle she is AMAZING that would be the ONLY plus for my experience. I will never buy a car from here again and CERTAINLY WILL NOT refer anyone. January 23, 2026 This Dealership both By Bonnie and Caleb…read moreare both very dishonest and not trustworthy was told by both during closing that I would receive a temp tag the day that the truck was purchase and that I Would receive my Permeant tag thru the mail which that never happen, so I surrender my SC plate which I could of transfer and I had to pay additional expense out of my pocket for being misled . There one thing that I hate is people being dishonest and don't admit to their mistake. So, Buyer Please Beware!
