The honey bean is a super cute coffee truck right in the center of Junction, TX. There's no seating bc it's a truck but it's easy to swing by, grab something, and get back on the road. The menu was super fun, there were several things I wanted to try but I settled on their version of a pumpkin spice latte and it was absolutely delightful! It's got that "on the road" vibe to it, and the staff were super sweet. Definitely recommend if you're in or passing through Junction! read more

The Honey Bean makes a delicious latte with oat milk (good variety of milk selection). Much better and less $$ than The red truck was easy to find on Main Street in Junction. The wonderful person serving us was very kind. Not just to us, but the previous customer before us. Giving directions and recommendations on a dusky early morning! When it was our turn we ordered from the menu and I loved the variety. What I really appreciated was that they went beyond my expectation and prepared one of our coffees exactly as was asked, going as far as pouring just the right amount of sweetener requested. Bonus points in my book because they had decaf ready to pour, not many places have decaf at the moment from my experience. TL;DR: Coffee is great, even the menu is fantastic to read!
