I am appalled by the service in the evening. The barista named Bella with long black hair is mean and completely unprofessional behavior. All I heard was loud cussing on the floor, when I asked very kindly for a remake because my drink was wrong she grabbed the drink rolled her eyes and complained to all the other people. And on top of this I heard her loudly talking about highly inappropriate things on the floor. And this isn't the first time this has happened as I like to come often during the afternoon and whenever that girl is there it's almost the same every time. Unacceptable and the beverage quality was poor. I thought Starbucks was supposed to be on top of behavior like that but apparently not. Don't recommend this store at all. read more

My husband and I needed afternoon coffee on our drive from Boulder, CO to Rockport, TX, so we stopped at Kerrville and what a special delight! We get an doppio con panna as we get the rich espresso flavor without all of heaviness of milk etc. They made the drink perfectly and were super friendly as well. Then we got to enjoy our drinks by the beautiful Guadalupe River. Since this is an annual trip, we know just where we want to stop each time! I made mobile order 15 minutes before arriving to a quite store with no line. Walked in and they haven't even started my order. Watched 15-20 people get order while ordering inside cafe and another 15 cars go through drive through. By the time my coffees got out our breakfast sandwich's were cold. I'm a repeat customer and this starbucks has gone downhill. They need better management asap. There drinks aren't consistent with other stores either. read more

This is one of the only Starbucks around Fredericksburg and Kerrville area, and I wasn't sure what to expect with the mixed reviews. I ended up having a great experience. I ordered a matcha frappe and my guy ordered a chai latte, and both were made exactly how we like them. There were several people in line, but the line moved quickly. The lady at the window was very friendly and asked us what we were up to today. I really appreciate when people take the time to add these extra touches of customer service. It makes me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely make this a regular stop when I'm in the area. read more

I had quit going to Starbucks but couldn't find a good coffee shop in this area. There were 5 people working in here. I ordered my coffee and no one moved. Three were talking in one corner and two at the drive through window ... mind you there was someone at the drive-thru waiting for theirs too. This Starbucks has been here for many, many years. Ordinarily, I experience this location just once or twice a year while my family is in town for our yearly reunion. However, the last several months I've been in the area more and more... Usually, I absolutely cannot stand Starbucks locations with drive thrus. It never fails - the drive thru line ALWAYS takes precedence over the people who actually walk in the place. HOWEVER - this location is not like that at all. Two days in a row last week, I went in at a busy time (btw 7-8:30 a.m.). The drive thru line was very long. Walked in both days to an friendly and efficient team behind the counter. Placed my order and was out EASILY within ten minutes. THANK YOU for having two baristas working the machine! The place is always bright and clean. If the weather is nice, good seating outside- including a nice view of the water. I wish MORE Starbucks with drive thrus in San Antonio operated as efficiently as this location. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. My drink was made perfectly. I like the vanilla bean powder and a lot of baristas will just let it sink to the bottom without mixing. The barista mixed it in and my drink was perfect. I also appreciate that this location keeps their free coffee grounds for your garden out for you to grab when you come in. read more

I frequent this Starbucks location verrry often and I waited a while to make a review. This location is really busy on weekday mornings, which is when I usually visit. I've ordered inside and I've ordered from the app. Each time they are very on top of everything and get drinks and food to me fast, and it's always right. When I order from the app, I can usually get my drink and sous vied eggs within 5 minutes. Which is super fast when taking into consideration how crowded it is. Bravo to this location. I usually enjoy going to Starbucks for a treat. And in any other town it is. But at this kerrville location the staff is simply rude. There were a couple gals there that were nice but the last few times I havent seen them there and now i always get the same rude girl who looks and acts like shes miserable or bored and she dosent want to wait on me. Several times she has gotten my drink wrong. For 7$ coffee...it needs to be worth it on several different levels. Not to mention, I always feel uncomfortable when I go in. It makes me sad. While this is a traditional Starbucks, this location has the most beautiful views of any Starbucks I have gone to. It sits along the Guadalupe River with great outdoor seating and views of the river! We have lived here in Kerrville for about 6 years now and some of the great original baristas are gone or managing other Starbucks closer to San Antonio. We are supposed to get another Bucks here closer to the 10 freeway so maybe that will help alleviate the long waits on the drive through. Currently, the days they have happy hour or two for one days the drive through will get really backed up and wait times for me have been 15-20min. I wanted 30 min yesterday and finally just parked and came in. Got drink faster. They are also doing major training of new staff for the up and coming Fredericksburg Starbucks. We go to this Starbucks 4 - 5 times a week. But today the barista was obviously ill wearing a heavy coat with her eyes bloodshot and tired looking. The last thing we need is to get sick this time of year. We exited the indoor ordering line and probably won't return this week. It's a Starbucks. 3 stars for it being a Starbucks, cause that means it literally A-OK, a fourth star because they have the friendliest staff, and five stars because Dave Chappelle came here and marveled at the beauty of my hometown. Not kidding. I was kind of mad, because three of my good friends work here, and none of them took the time to tell me that my favorite comedian and sketch artist was here. EXCUSE ME? Anyway, maybe that makes them even better employees? So, Dave Chappelle walks in, orders a drink, asks for milk, and then goes outside to the patio. If you haven't looked at the pictures yet, you get the most beautiful view of the Guadalupe River. If you're going at sunset, it's one of the prettiest things you'll ever see. So Dave Chappelle is sitting outside on the patio, listening to music, and smoking a cigarette when one of my friends walks out, and he says "DAMN. It's beautiful out here." They had a conversation about it. Pretty cool, right? In a small town, you have to enjoy the little things, like knowing someone famous enjoys the river view. One gentleman said he was waiting 30 minutes for just a plain old cup of coffee and they even got that wrong on the order. We've traveled to the majority of the US states and 3 Canadian provinces. We have been to a lot of Starbucks locations over the last 30,000 miles. I must give feedback when i notice a location that doesn't conform to what Starbucks represents. The venti vanilla latte was weak, as if a shot was missing. I'm a creature of habit and always order a venti vanilla latte. I also always order the classic oatmeal. The water placed in the oatmeal container was not hot enough to steep, so the oatmeal failed. The location, atmosphere and cleanliness was a plus! Staff were also engaging and hard working, a plus. If the coffee and oatmeal hadn't failed, a perfect score of 5 Stars would have been warranted. read more

Some of the staff members are nice, however it seems that some are lacking training. Often times I go to use my app and they struggle to be able to scan it, whether it's the computer program making it harder or training, they make it seem like a hassle to do it. Second, this location is always out of something, whether it's the ingredients for drinks or bakery items. You would think they would up their order points if they are constantly out of food items that they know are popular. Especially considering this is the only one in a 50 mile radius for our area. read more

This location has a long walk-up which is virtually impossible for folks who have challenges walking. People using crutches or a walker, etc. may not be able to go inside here. There is a drive-thru. The service is good, and of course so is the coffee. Light food available for purchase. read more
