There is a secret closet in the back that has many birds in it (we could hear them) - but no windows. None of the cages have any enrichment toys. We are from a different state, and are dismayed by Wisconsin's very poor animal protection laws. This sort of extended animal abuse would not be tolerated in our state. (We saw the same sort of problems last summer.)
