It featured mushrooms, a bright lemon garlic sauce, and thinly sliced red chilies that added just the right lift. Every bite felt intentional and balanced. We also really love that they've more recently added a substantial amount of additional local market items to add to the weekly delivery of desired! We found Every Bite is Pure Delight through a friend who lives in Cambria. We gave them a call and told them what we wanted and they even made a suggestion or two. They went to the market for us and came to us with fresh local produce, fresh fish and great bread. You can tell they picked this all out to get the best the store had to offer. We made dinner, salad and salmon, and were so happy to just relax and eat from the patio of our rental. The next day we thought it might be nice to have food delivered from a local eatery. We called Every Bite and they were on it. They mentioned a couple of places we might like. They were so right. They grabbed our order and delivered it and it was still hot. It was also great. So if you are renting in Cambria or in a hotel that has a kitchen this is the place to call for your shopping needs. I understand they do event planning, but we did not do that so I can comment on that, but I bet they are great.
