Chef Danelle is an absolute pro. From the menu planning to the execution and plating, we couldn't have asked for a better experience with a private event chef. Everything she cooked was delicious - we all went back for seconds, and she was able to navigate a foreign outdoor kitchen setup without a hitch. 10/10 would hire again and an easy recommendation for anyone needing a private chef for their event.

Chef Danelle is absolutely fantastic! She made it so easy to coordinate a 70th birthday dinner for my mom. We were a group of 8 adults and 7 kids and everyone walked away happy!!! The presentation was beautiful and food was delicious! Highly recommend!

Chef Danelle is amazing!! She was our private chef for a bachelorette party of 12 which had some dietary restrictions (gluten free, dairy free and a pescatarian). She blew us away!!!! Her food is not only delicious, but beautiful and thoughtful! You can tell she cares about what she does in the first bite. She's so nice and accommodating, understanding and just a wonderful chef. I hope I will get to have her food again one day! If you need a chef for an event you must get her! You will not regret it.

I was fortunate enough to experience the magic of Chef Danelle at my women's retreat. Her food had such a beautiful blend of color and flavor! She is so down to earth, made me giggle, and showed extreme dedication to the art of food. My body felt nourished. I will be seeking this wonderful chef out in the future for events. Thank you chef!!!!

(Conveniently, too, given we're driving the same route in a couple weeks - might well stop here again. It's definitely way better than the usual big-name fast food options that are your only choice for *most* of the drive.) I'd just try to make sure to get there before 1 PM - last time, we learned, we made it accidentally *just* in time for their breakfast menu, which not only means you can get a fried chicken sandwich with a fried egg, clearly making it better, but it's also several dollars *cheaper*. For 9 bucks with fries - compared to 14 for the dinner version - that's probably *cheaper* than the average fast food chicken stop, separate from the fast that it was about a thousand times tastier. Though, while the vibe of this place is very much fast food, the food *itself* isn't fast food - it took exactly as long as you'd expect, given they're making everything fresh to order, but not any longer than that. (I didn't have any complaints about the speed, but it isn't Burger King.) Anyway, we figured since they had two breakfast items (the sandwich and a breakfast burrito) and there were two of us, we'd split both of them, which I wouldn't recommend as much. The breakfast burrito was by no means bad, but it was a bit floppier and not quite as filling - great chicken obviously, being the same chicken, but we agreed, we'd had way better breakfast burritos. The breakfast chicken sandwich was absolutely bomb, though. (Though their "medium" spicy was only a *hint* spicy, in my opinion - I never go straight for the "hot", cause sometimes at hot chicken places it's *stupid* hot, that and I was sharing them with my pepper-averse spouse, but if I went back, I'd just get my own sandwich and make it a little spicier.) Is it the best hot chicken sandwich in California? Probably not... but it *is* probably the best hot chicken sandwich you can get while driving from SoCal to NorCal, so I'm glad it's there.) Also, as far as value... they give you a *lot* of fries. Possibly too many fries. The fries were good, but there was nothing particularly special about them, other than the quantity. We could absolutely have shared an amount of fries *each* of our orders came from, for the two of us. (We didn't finish all the fries.) Only minor complaint, their drinks are all super sugary, and a little pricey at $4 for fountain soda - but at least it's a more premium brand of soda... still probably more than your daily sugar per cup, but at least it *is* sugar, not high fructose corn syrup. It does feel like they're missing out by not having a license to sell beer, though. That sandwich would go *really* well with a craft beer.

The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was good. I ordered the chicken medium since their lowest level was naked. The medium had a pretty good kick to it. The chicken sandwich was topped with cole slaw and pickles. Both my wife and I enjoyed the sandwiches. The fries that came with our sandwich were delicious. It is one of my favorites fries. The two meals came with so much fries that we eventually threw most of them away. It would be nice if Nate's could sell their sandwiches without fries. Nate's was a good choice for us to stop at.

This place is so aggressively cute that I spent the first ten minutes just blinking at the decor in a state of pure sensory overload. It's the kind of cozy that makes you want to wrap yourself in a blanket and take a nap right there on the tablecloth. Then there are the servers. I'm convinced they are actually angels sent from above to cure my cynicism. They were so incredibly nice that I actually felt bad for ordering food--like, "How dare I ask these wonderful humans to bring me a taco when they are already providing so much emotional support?" I walked in as a regular customer and left feeling like I'd been adopted by a very polite, very efficient family. The food was, of course, spectacular. The salsa was so good that I briefly considered licking the bowl, but the servers were so classy that I decided to maintain a shred of dignity. If you enjoy being pampered in a setting that looks like it was designed by a professional "coziness consultant," get yourself to Finco Paso Robles. Just be warned: you will leave feeling slightly judged by your own home's lack of charm.

I got tacos dorados stuffed with potatoes and a side of beans. The beans were freshly made from scratch, not canned, even served in some flavorful bean broth. The outdoor seating on the wooden porch, overlooking Spring Street, is lovely and relaxing.

My boss told me of this places a year ago and tonight was the night to check it out. The Sprinter is too big for the parking lot so I parked around the corner on Ysable St. by the coffee place. I walked in and saw the five flat screens showing pre season nfl football. Okay I'm here...A great counter Ashley greeted me and three very large flat screen menus hung above. The Ashley handed me a menu, thank you. I see a brick fired oven just behind the counter. Now I could go into detail about the counter but that would spoil it for you. Beer and wines are featured, good ones too. They pretty much have it all here, really. I ordered a small garden salad tossed with blue cheese, no housemade dressings here. An individual 9" pie, a favorite "the Rustic Carnivore". The next size up was 11". I grabbed a Tropical Iced tea and found a hi-top placed front and center with the screen. I went to the restroom, washed up and my salad was being delivered. My pizza showed up as I was nearly done with the salad oh yea. The Pie was cut in fourths, so it was a folded slice to eat, that works. Very Good, good coverage on toppings, sauce was flavorful and it was oven hot WoW I was impressed, as I was enjoying, the rest of the crowd showed up for pizza. Nice timing foodguy. The staff are extremely friendly and checked on us more than once as well as gave us a rundown of how everything worked. I had the ribeye steak tacos and I thought they were delicious. The steak was tender and well cooked, the avocado was fresh and the salsa was very flavorful with just the right amount of heat. My wife had the blackened tofu tacos and wasn't as thrilled as I was. She found them a little bit bland even with the peanut sauce and didn't understand putting cabbage on something that's already lettuce wrapped. Overall it was still a good experience and I'd definitely stop in again if I'm in the area.
