The new owner was extremely overwhelmed. They also evidently raised the prices. We are so disappointed. After hearing through the grapevine that they also raised rent in the rest of the building so much that it is forcing many long time, loved businesses to close or move that have been there for decades, we will not be supporting perks anymore.
