Food was delicious. Service was great. Will definitely be coming again. The interior was also very clean and decor was nice!

Best food, best drinks, best prices in Skagit! Rosa is my favorite bartender around, margaritas are always perfect and very reasonable priced! Rosa is very sweet and greets you with her warm friendly energy. I wish every Mexican restaurant could have a bartender as good as her. The food has always been on point. They have great entrees, but there are many great options for people on a budget too. I eat pretty light and always come out feeling I got a perfect portion for a great price. Puerto Penasco is my new favorite spot in Skagit, and I highly recommend it to anyone who likes great margaritas, delicious food, and impeccable service!

The service was great and so was the ambiance. I ordered the camarones a diablo and the sauce was made with ketchup, there was a piece of plastic in my food, and the shrimp was undercooked..... The plastic looks like a piece to someones hoodie strings I tried calling the restaurant to get a refund but all numbers associated with this restaurant went straight to voicemail. $25 down the drain and I threw the food out.

Bar area, restrooms clean, dining area clean clean as well. Love it here.

Best Mexican in Skagit. Great atmosphere and better food. Been there twice. Took friends there second time for lunch. They will be back.

We had the fajita burrito, fajita salad with steak, and a variety shrimp dish - all fresh, all good.

Easy to find, lots of parking. As we entered the place, we were quick to learn this place was unique. The decor is very cool. The people are super friendly, goth would be appropriate. They definitely are tuned for take away but have seating for about a dozen or so. We shared a Glutton sandwich (not gluten free) Very fresh, big and enough for the 2 of us. They have soups to go, fresh pastries. Just go there

We ordered a Dirty Chai, the Cold Queen from their seasonal menu, and split a Vegetarian Sandwich plus an Espresso Banana Bread. For two people sharing food and grabbing drinks, coming in under $40 felt like a total win. I love that their sandwiches are made fresh and fully customizable--your choice of bread, toppings, sauce, the whole deal. But the Espresso Banana Bread? Listen. Moist, rich, espresso‑kissed goodness. We tried to share politely... but both of us were definitely eyeing that last bite. The drinks were equally impressive--the Dirty Chai was creamy, spicy, and had just enough espresso kick to wake up my soul. Now, the decor is an experience all its own. They really stick to their gothic brand identity--right down to the menu. Think haunted country manor meets cool indie cafe. Dark walls, dramatic pieces, and yes... upstairs there's an actual table made from a coffin. It's a whole vibe. That said, I'm not sure eating a sandwich under an animal skull is quite for me. But the food and drinks were stellar enough that I'd absolutely come back--maybe just grab my goodies to go next time. The staff were incredibly friendly, and although the space is small (warehouse‑style with a couple tables and some bar seating), it has charm. Final verdict: Delicious drinks, great prices, unforgettable decor--worth the visit, even if you're taking your snack back to the land of the living.
