I forwarded my mail online before I moved and I'm sad to say the USPS has yet to figure out how to forward my mail! The ladies in the Godley post office see me every week when I stop in to inquire about where my mail is. Every week they are kind and do everything they can do to find it for me. In December 2022 I shipped a box from this post office with 12 items. Only 1 item was in the box…read morewhen my son received it. On May 11, 2023 I received notice that an item was placed in a parcel locker. It was not and I did not receive the item. Today May 13, 2023 I received notice of another item that was reported placed in a parcel locker. Again, no item was received. The numbers on the mail boxes are clearly marked and this is just sloppy handling and inexcusable by the post office.

I was a…read morerepeat customer of this moving company and am extremely disappointed with how our recent move was handled. The movers themselves were very kind and clearly doing their best. This review is not directed at them. The issue was poor management and lack of proper staffing for the job. During booking, I specifically explained that we had an extremely large and heavy dresser weighing several hundred pounds and was assured that a two-person crew would be enough. It quickly became obvious during the move that the workers were exhausted and overwhelmed, so I requested a third mover be added midway through. At one point, I asked management not to pressure or disrupt the movers because they were already stressed and trying their best. Instead, management immediately called them during the move, which noticeably increased the pressure and caused them to begin rushing. Shortly afterward, our brand new wooden floors were scratched and our $1,400 dog crate was broken. I understand accidents can happen, but this situation felt avoidable and directly related to poor management decisions and improper staffing. The entire experience became extremely uncomfortable and stressful for everyone involved. Again, the movers themselves were polite and hardworking, but because of the damages to our home and belongings, I cannot say the experience was worth the cost or that I would use this company again.

The morning of our appointment he called me about 15 min prior to the earliest start time to confirm his arrival. Which I appreciated a lot! When he arrived and took a look at the bushes I wanted he was very upfront about how one of my bushes was going to take a lot more effort and time and requoted me before he started work. I VERY much appreciate no hidden charges after the fact. Cost was a big factor for me right now since we're new homeowners and Jaylyn was really willing to advise me on what he felt I could do on my own to keep the costs down. As a female, I can't say how much I appreciate not trying to be swindled. Jaylyn was extremely professional and friendly. I learned he just came back to DFW and is starting up his business again. Wilson Solutions Group and booked Jaylyn to help assemble a few things--and I'm honestly glad I did. He showed up right on time, with all the tools he needed, and wasted no time getting started. He put together an over-the-toilet storage shelf that I couldn't figure out, mounted three TVs (one in the living room, bedroom, and office), and hung up a mail holder and a few items in the laundry room. Jaylyn even helped install some perfume/cologne display shelves I ordered off Amazon in the bathroom. I wasn't sure how sturdy they'd be, but he made sure they were level and anchored properly. They did a decent job moving our new baby grand piano. However, they did not test it after the…read moremove. My wife sat down to play it and the foot pedals would not move. I called them and he said he would try to get his guys back out here to fix it. He never called back and left me hanging. I had to call a piano repair person to come here and fix the problem. He knew exactly what was wrong after telling him I had movers move the piano. The repair guy said they should have checked it to make sure it was all good before leaving, because when you turn a piano upright to move it the bar inside the piano that controls sustain will fall out of place and they should have known better. So, to sum up, the owner of Brazos movers should have told me his movers did not know squat about pianos, a $650 charge + tip. Then, he did not call me back to let me know his guys were coming the next few days to fix it. He just blew me off. Why? The movers don't know anything about fixing a piano if they break it. DO NOT HIRE these people. The owner is not an honest business person.

It was pretty simple, they told me in some detail how things were going to go and then they proceeded to do exactly what they promised, when they promised it. It was neat and clean when it arrived. No dings or scrapes on the exterior so it look neat and tidy in our driveway. The interior was very clean. I appreciated that it was an all metal construction so i was not concerned about nefarious people cutting through fabric /plastic sides as other options had. My lock fit fine in their door, and the for had latches to hold them open while we loaded. They picked up on the day we requested without issue.

One of our cats actually decided that he was going to hide in one of our items (he was unusually quiet so no one noticed). When we realized he was missing they moved a good chunk of stuff out of the pod that they already packed so we could look for him -- without a single complaint. Which we were so grateful for because I'm sure that's the last thing they wanted to do. Anyway, highly recommend! I know some folks may be wary since they don't have a ton of Yelp reviews but they have equally glowing Google reviews :)
