We just so happened to find this place while helping out a guy who was stranded so we stopped in cause we were hungry. Seems like a decent local bar with some live music which was nice. The food through was nothing I was too impressed with. I mean, I knew what I was getting into cause to be honest, it's very rare in my experiences to come across great bar food. I had one of the specials, Cajun Chicken Sandwich with a side of fries. The bread was hard and kind of stale. Didn't taste fresh. The chicken was this TINY piece that you can barely see with the huge buns. The fries had no seasonings so pretty bland. I was really hungry so I gobbled it up but didn't hit the spot for me. The service however was good. The two ladies who helped us were really nice. The bar itself seems to be the spot to get a drink and have a good time with friends. The food just wasn't anything to rave about.

I can confidently say the fact they had live music when we visited is the only reason they are getting 3 stars. This is a solid 2 star place due to their friendly staff and activities available, pool, darts and many TVs to watch a game but that won't make up for the food or how smoky this establishment is. The food was really not that good. Burger king and many many other fast food establishments are not very far from here so I can say the only reason anyone would return here is for the "local" feel. They seem to know each other, meet your friends, have some drinks, play some games and so on. The staff was super friendly and nice. The chips and salsa, disappointing. The chips had a funny aftertaste, maybe the oil they were cooked in or the chips themselves were stale. The salsa, meh. I had a spicy burger (Death Valley)!that claimed to have grilled jalapeños and habanero cheese. There were no jalapeños, grilled or fresh or in any other kind. The bread was hard and stale and I would be willing to bet money it is from Walmart or some other local super store. The fires were equally if not more disappointing. It was even more disappointing knowing we could have had burger king and not be as disappointed as I was with this. This is a smoking place also and worth noting it gets very very cloudy very quickly. I am very sensitive o smoke and I while I was only there for about 20 minutes, I was coughing up phlegm for 2 days. The live music was good and and could make for a really good time. I would not return nor recommend to anyone.

I don't often update reviews, however our last visit here was disappointing. A new to us bartender who complained about having to work set the mood. The burgers we always order were definitely not the same. Patties seemed frozen and not not delicious. Not sure if this was just an off night, but will likely not return for a while.

Found ourselves working out in Pahrump for the "Pahrump Fall Festival" and wanted to check out some of the local watering holes. Heard this one had a decent burger and that was definitely the case. Ordered the "Death Valley Burger" and had the bartender, Coerina, make it her way which she claims is "the best way". It was Gooooooooood! Wouldn't mind stopping back in The Hubb for another burger. Ok so if you like dive bars, you are going to love this place. My husband ordered the Death Valley burger. This burger comes with grilled jalapeños and habanero cheese. He loved it but make sure you have a beverage in hand before you start. This one can sneak up on you. I ordered the Hubb burger. It comes with lettuce tomato onion and pickle. I am not a fan of sweet pickles on my burger. The lettuce was fresh, cold and crisp. The red onions were shaved thin and tomato was fresh. The burger was good size and cooked through. All of the condiments, including salt and pepper are served table side. The fries are crispy shoestring and taste great. Just so you know the fries are not pre salted or seasoned and neither is the burger so you can season to your liking. The burgers are served with a pickle spear. It was a really good pickle. I know this because my husband ate his entire pickle and didn't leave it for me. Fun place if you are on your way to Death Valley, a local or just passing through and want a change of scenery. Service is friendly. We will be back. Enjoy!

Great spot to enjoy local karaoke singers, shoot pool and enjoy wings and fries. We had our kids with us, it was as ok for a family as it felt like a small town bar and grill. Friendly staff and great service! read more

Absolutely fantastic time!!!! We came out to Pahrump from Las Vegas with friends and on the way back home to Las Vegas were looking for somewhere for a quick bite. The food was outstanding!!! They had a fantastic duet "Dream Chasers" and four hours later decided to head back home!!! Thanks for a fantastic evening out, well worth the drive!!! read more

We were looking at houses in Pahrump and needed to find some place for lunch. We visited at 2:00 pm on a Saturday. We were the only customers at the time. This place is VERY rustic. Very much your side of the road joint. It was a little warm inside on the day we visited, mainly the result of using swamp coolers. But with fans on it was comfortable enough. We had the Hubb burger and the Death Valley burger. Both were excellent. A perfectly cooked burger with fresh garnish. We would definitely recommend either one. Each was a large patty that made a very satisfying meal. I had the fries and they came hot and fresh, almost too hot to eat. It's a ways out of Pahrump on the way to Death Valley but easily worth the drive. As I was paying I was talking to the waitress/bar tender/cashier, Jorgy (spelling?). A wonderful woman who moved to Pahrump from New Jersey. She filled us in on the goings-on in the area. We would recommend trying The Hubb and will return. read more

The best bar in all of Pahrump. Good food and drink always. The staff is always friendly and come with a great sense of humor. Live bands (many local) play every weekend. If your a biker then you will fit in. If you drive through Pahrump and don't stop in the Hubb then you haven't seen and tried the best Pahrump has to offer. read more

This used to be a total dive! Not anymore. New owners have really turned this place around, and are very friendly. Reasonable drink prices, and the place is spotless. When it was the Our Bar, I used to go home and take a shower. Very nice place now. read more

Clean bar with friendly people. My kind of place, and popular with locals. Good food and frequently has live entertainment. Would also recommend it to people heading to Death Valley as a good way to get a feel for the rural west. Nice place, whether you go on a busy Friday night or on a slower early weekday. read more

Live music. Hot food. Cold drinks. And the sweetest and coolest locals to welcome you in. We stopped here on the way out of Death Valley on Easter Sunday and enjoyed some awesome bluegrass gospel tunes while we had hot wings and onion rings. Rock on Pahrump. read more

My girl friend and I are from Las Vegas. We came to Pahrump for the Air Balloon Fest. We were hungry and wanted to hangout someplace afterwards. We Yelp places to eat and The Hubb came up. We were interested in the fact that the bar have good reviews and that they have live music and bar food. We found a gem in the middle of no where!! Cool dive bar with an spacious bar and an open pool table room. Not that smokie. The people there were smoking vape which it's way better than cigarettes. They have the best bar food EVER!! The Hubb burger was phenomenal!!! We found out later on that it was made on the grill... go figure! The basket come with fresh fries, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. It's was the best I've ever had! Cheap prices, which it's a plus. The local people were friendly. They had a bluegrass band playing. They were the life of the night!! Awesome band! We had the best time! For sure the best place to go if you are visiting Pahrump or even if you are passing by. Thanks for a great time guys!!! read more

Really? 5 stars??? We were desperate for lunch after a long drive through Death Valley and stopped here for lunch. It's a glorified shed, disguised as a bar, with gambling...? The food was adequate, not a huge choice and if you didn't want alcohol to drink (no cider) the water bottles were sold to you rather than water for the table. It was clean enough, but certainly nothing special and definitely not worth 5 stars for our experience. read more

A clean, friendly, relaxing bar in Pahrump is an exception rather than the rule. The Hubb is that, and they have live music on a pretty regular basis. Haven't tried the food yet but have heard it's good. There is an ongoing effort that I see to make this a really nice place for the locals. read more
