Bánh Cuốn - I appreciated the creativity of the dish, but the rice roll was surprisingly hard and chewy in the center when bánh cuốn should be soft throughout. The sauce was also very salty. However, the pacing of the meal really slowed down halfway through. We were there for almost two hours, and our dessert took at least 20 minutes to arrive. In fact, our check was brought to the table before our dessert, which felt odd. Las Vegas has an incredible dining scene with so many amazing restaurants.
