A basic sanding and wood filler (used elsewhere on the same project) would have prevented it. When we sent photos, Ricky agreed it wasn't up to his standards and promised to replace the doors after "a busy patch." That was half a year ago. Since then: no responses to calls, texts, or emails. We chose him over a Restoration Hardware or Rejuvenation vanity because we wanted to support a local craftsman who would stand behind their work. That trust was misplaced.
