Let me start by saying that I have been lurking on Yelp for years, but I have never taken the time to make an account. I never leave reviews for anything I buy, whether its Amazon or anywhere else. For this company, I felt it was worth breaking that cycle My wife really wanted our fireplace mantel updated. We called around and received multiple bids, but as soon as we met Tony and Vicky we knew who we were going with. We're glad we did. Vicky was very quick to respond to my email questions. Tony came out multiple times to make sure we were getting what we wanted before he started the project. They were understandably busy, as we started during peak season, but the timing worked great for us. Installation was fast and clean. Tony was honest and wonderful to work with. Once the mantel was finished we moved on to the kitchen. We refinished the cabinets and wanted to get rid of that useless deadspace on top of the cabinets that most homes seem to have. Tony was able to extend the cabinetry to the ceiling and tie it in with our existing crown molding. Now the cabinets look as though they were always like that. We also had some last minute issues with our new farmhouse sink fitting and he was able to step in remedy the problem. We will be using Wicked Woodcraft for all future home projects. read more

You get what you pay for. Why buy at a store when you can have it custom made to order. Yes it costs a little bit more, but you will be happy for a lifetime. Tony came out for an estimate. He seemed a little rough around the edges, but after a short time you could tell he has been finely sanded and finished, and is a total teddy bear nice guy. We were referred to Wicked Woodcraft by David of Masters Of Moulding. David had completed a job for us, but we wanted him to quote another project. For that job he referred us to Tony at Wicked Woodcraft. Coming from a perfectionist in the industry, that meant a lot to us. Tony took our request and concerns and went to work. We gave him a general idea of what we wanted, and completed a design for our review. After a few adjustments, we agreed on a design and a price. We were nervous on install day, but the moment he arrived, the way he prepared and setup, you could see his expertise in the field. And when he brought out his finished work, carefully wrapped and transported by him personally, it put our minds at ease. His finished work came out excellent. Last summer I finally was able to convert a closet to built-in bookcases & cupboards. Of the three quotes I received, Tony's was the middle price, but he was the only one creative enough to make good use of the otherwise dead space behind a small wall where the closet door previously attached. He also designed one half of one lower cupboard so it could hold tall items, as I had hoped, and left the middle of the back open to my newly-painted bright green walls. I'm SO happy with every part of the resulting furniture! I now have two enclosed glass-fronted cupboards to display special books and knick-knacks while keeping them safe, and storage space for photo albums etc., without having to look at blank, white closet doors anymore. Wicked Woodcraft is the best! They manufactured and installed some really nice custom cabinetry in my home this week. It turned out very impressive. They installed a bathroom vanity base cabinet and something went wrong after the installation. That evening after the installation, I noticed that there was a water leak that had dripped into the cabinet and messed up the base of the cabinet. Nobody knows who was at fault for this water leak, but my new cabinet was damaged and it had only been installed for about 8 hours. This was a real problem because the granite counter was scheduled to be installed the next morning. I couldn't have the countertop installed on a damaged base cabinet. I called Wicked Woodcraft at 8:00 pm to leave a message and the owner, Tony, answered the phone. I explained what the issue was and he asked me if he could come out to inspect the situation. He said he could be here in about 15 minutes. WOW! He came out, found out what the leak issue was and without making any excuses, he offered to remove the cabinet, take it back to his shop and return it all repaired the next morning before my granite counter top was to be installed. To make a long story short, he and his crew came back the next morning and re-installed the repaired cabinet before the countertop company arrived. He apologized for the inconvenience and explained to me that he just wanted me to be a happy customer. This is customer service at it's finest. Was looking for someone to help my parents get a custom entertainment center to match their kitchen cabinets. After searching for someone to do the job, we ended up calling Wicked Woodcraft and then after his team came out, my parents and we knew he was the one--especially because they were the only ones who were able to come out personally and give a bid (a lot of contractors will not). Tony (from Wicked Woodcraft) and his team installed the entertainment center and it turned out beautifully, exactly what we asked for and more. Tony takes pride in his work and is very professional. The entertainment center's finish matched 100% the cabinets already in the house-- was very amazed that they could do this. Tony and his team's workmanship and craftmanship is excellent, flawless, and the time they took to install was pretty quick. Also, Vicky (administrative/office) was very helpful, outgoing, and provided the best customer service--- calling with updates at least once a week. This was the best place to work with. I called about four different cabinet companies and Wicked was the only one that responded, beside one other partial contact. Knowing they were busy and we were in no hurry for install, the job was completed and installed in about a month. We had a entertainment center and a large book shelf custom made and installed. This work was fantastic and exactly what we needed. Vicky and Tony are the very best. There was no doubt that they were busy , but they absolutely placed the customer first. With Vicky running the company and scheduling, you will always receive a call and information on what is going to take place. Vicky returned an email response promptly and set an appointment for both her and Tony to come out and get an estimate. I told them that they were the only ones to respond and they just couldn't believe that no one cares about customer service anymore. They made no bones that they were busy, but they also told us that they run a business and that customer satisfaction is the top priority. After measurements, I received an estimate by email. They price was in the ballpark of what we were looking at so we went forward. Both Vicky and Tony came back for some final measurements and design. Tony was on the mark with everything he recommended. The economy is on an uptick and carpenters are in high demand, so most companies are going to be too busy to even give you the time of day, unless you are going to pay them a ridiculous amount of money, or you are a returning customer that has paid a ridiculous amount of money in the past. Wicked Woodcraft is worth the call and we are going to make sure that we use them on our future projects, because they will make us the priority, just like all their other customers. read more

Look no further! I stumbled on Wicked Woodcraft looking for someone who we felt comfortable entrusting with a full remodel of our kitchen. We interviewed at least 5 cabinet companies. Most of them seemed very experienced and said all the right things. We even asked a couple of them to come back just trying to get that level of comfort that we sought. After all, we'd ultimately be giving them a large sum to purchase materials, etc. for the construction. On Tony's first visit, we immediately knew we'd found the right company and enlisted him that night. Tony's quote was reasonable for our large project and he listed the milestones when payments would be due on his quote. He heard our ideas which included a custom finish and a couple custom cabinets. He was also willing to work within the time schedule that we had due to a special event at our home. He and his crew were clean, efficient and pleasant to have in our home. We had no issues whatsoever and the end result was truly amazing. Cabinets are high quality and beautiful. I love my kitchen and you will love yours too.
