Always friendly team of Baristas greeting us and mixing our coffee/drinks. Not sure what system is used for ordering because we order once in the drive-thru and then repeat the very same order at the window when asked again what we ordered. Happens almost every time we visit, but the staff is so bubbly it makes up for the mishaps. Also would like to see all hot drinks served with cup sleeves whether hot coffee or hot tea. I love this Human Bean!! Been coming here for years. Such great service and delicious coffee and breakfast! They are so fast and efficient and still make time for good conversation. There are a bunch of coffee shops in and around wilsonville, but I will always come here for my morning coffee. Really good coffee, friendly staff, fast service. The coffee isn't over roasted like Starbucks. It has become my go to spot for coffee.

Everyone is always very friendly every time I go there and the coffee has the potential to taste amazing. The coffee actually does taste amazing when my order is right. There is also plenty of workers there but I feel like I'm always waiting longer than I should for a coffee, even when it's just me in line. It's nice having a coffee shop so close to home that is NOT Starbucks but 8/10 times I come here, my order is wrong and the coffee tastes horrible. Either it be too sweet, not sweet enough, only 5 ice cubes in my snowy iced americano, or espresso grounds in my drink, hot instead of iced.. It never seems to be right. As much as I try to like The Human Bean, I may have to search for a new place to get my coffee. read more

I love the Canby Human Bean. However, I do not love this one. I have stopped by this location quite a few times, and they can never manage to remember my order even after repeating it back to me. I only order one or two drinks at a time. The quality of the drinks is not on the same par as the Canby location. I will be stopping by here any more. read more

I have to second a previous review...nearly every time I'm here they either mess up my order, or most often, they can't remember my order and they have to ask me again when I get to the window. I have to think there's a better way to run a drive-thru coffee stand. Write orders down?? Punch them into a system?? Otherwise, I love the place. The coffee is good. They're pretty fast. They're nice (although sometimes they don't take the hint that I'm not in the mood for 50 overly personally questions). Overall - great place, and I will continue to go. They just need to clean up their act a bit, and they'd be even better. read more

I Love this Human Bean, I drive past it everyday going to work and about a year ago started going in a few days a week for a Latte, a few months later I made a comment about needing to cut carbs and one of the gal's there said try a Breve, it has less Carbs as it as Half & Half. Well that hooked me. The workers are super friendly, they all know me by name and I don't even have to order anymore, I pull up to the speaker they say Good Morning and have me pull up to the window. They also love dogs and have treats so every morning my dog gets her treat, then I get my coffee. Don't pass this place by, its worth the stop and see some friendly smiles every morning or night. They usually mess up drink orders unless you order a Human Bean menu drink with no alterations/substitutions but sometimes even that drink can be screwed up. They appear to have no consistent way to keep track of orders. This is why I rarely go here anymore for a drink. I will drive out of my way for a coffee from Starbucks even though this coffee place is by far more convenient to access. read more

My Husband and I went here on our way home and we were not impressed. He had iced coffee and I had a latte. It basically tasted like coffee flavored milk. Thankfully my Husband had cold brew in the fridge and I ended up coming home and adding an espresso shot in mine. Service was good and we loved the chocolate covered coffee bean they give you, but won't be returning any time soon. I shouldn't have to come home and add coffee to my coffee. read more

I really enjoy this coffee shop. The baristas are always friendly and the coffee is always good. The only thing I don't like about The Human Bean is they always hand me my coffee with a chocolate candy coated coffee bean which melts and gets all over the lid by the time the coffee cools enough so I can drink it. My fault as I need to remember to tell them to hold the coffee bean as I won't eat it. read more

I live pretty close so I have given them multiple chances over the years, seemingly the only thing they can get correct is a rockstar. The girls are kind most of the time, but really pushy when I'm thinking of what to order. I have never been to a coffee place that has made my order wrong SO many times. Lots of times they completely forget the flavoring, most of the time we get to the window and they have completely forgotten our entire order. Yesterday we asked does this 12 oz come with two shots? They said yes and when we got to the window after repeating the sizes and the drinks again...they handed us a latte with "2 extra shots." So that's a 12 oz latte with four shots...not what we ordered, they insisted they didn't charge us for it. Their iced coffee is always just melted water like they don't understand how to make them. It tastes like they use an old pot of drip coffee to make their coffees...hot or cold. I have tried to order a dirty chocolate chai multiple times and explained how but they can never do it. read more
