The Honey Garlic Chicken with a side of Brussel Sprouts - Monday Special!
    Hannah E.

This place is great! I mean extremely. I have loved everything that I have eaten but I have to say that the dessert is 100%. It is homemade vanilla ice cream and homemade brownies, cobbler and cinnamon rolls from scratch. It's amazing! They have a drive-thru as well! The loaded baked potato with brisket was also my favorite (not pictured). Overall, everything has a great home cooked meal taste!

Absolutely love this place! The staff and owner are very friendly and the food is amazing!

Stopped by for lunch and had an amazing surprise! The food was delicious. The service was good. The ambiance of the restaurant made for a nice relaxing atmosphere.

    BLT and Mediterranean salad

My new favorite lunch spot when traveling on I-85. Fresh, healthy ingredients. I ordered the BLT with a fresh Mediterranean salad on the side. The vegetables in the salad were so fresh and crisp. The bacon on the BLT was thick and lettuce and tomato were so fresh. Fast friendly service. Clean modern decor, clean restroom. Will definitely be back for the loaded baked potato.

Found this gem traveling for work & wish it was a spot I could visit multiple times a week. Small menu & place. Very good food. Healthy choices.

So when my husband and I were greeted by a tidy but unassuming building that houses CJ's, I knew we were about to have some of the best meat product in the area. We were welcomed by the human ray of sunshine behind the register, who was not only helpful but adorably encouraged us to help ourselves to the little valentines that she had sprinkled across the tables around the restaurant. We ordered two burgers and sat ourselves at the counter, enjoying the happy chatter between the kitchen and hostess while we waited for our food. I got the Number Seven Burger (pimento cheese, american cheese, smoked bacon, onion ring, slaw, and cajun mayo) as a combo which came with their peppery fries and a drink for $15.50. One gloriously messy bite and I was in transports. The BEEF...So high quality, dripping with flavor and perfectly cooked that I felt like I had blasphemed against the burger gods for defiling it by ordering it with so many toppings. It goes without saying that my cholesterol lives in fear of the next time I go to CJ's (and there will be a next time.) HERE is a smash burger to smash all other burgers. A beacon of greasy burger goodness in a world of all-flash-no-smash novelty gourmet nonsense. Thank you, CJ's!

Kids had the grilled cheese ( which had so much cheese it was like eating a fresh pizza) and turkey croissant. Both ate their full meals. It's a smaller spot with the ordering counter and kitchen in the back and maybe seating for 26 or so. The folks behind the counter were friendly and the order process was simple. I got their sandwich special, the Buffalo Soldier. It was chicken cutlet with lettuce, tomato, blue cheese, and ranch on ciabatta. I made it a combo with chips and a soda. With tip I think the total was around $17. That was a touch more expensive than I was expecting especially with just a bag of chips on the side. The sandwich was good. Between the blue cheese and the ranch it was really creamy and most of the toppings slide off with the second bite. I don't mind a mess though! The ciabatta bread was the perfect compliment for the sandwich. It was a cute spot and I especially liked the creative sandwich names. I'd go back and try the chicken ceasar wrap next time.

My husband and I ordered in the restaurant, but they do have a digital drive thru for online pick up orders. We went a little after noon and the line was somewhat long, but the staff worked quickly to make their way through everyone's orders. I created my own Grains Bowl with half saffron basmati rice, half supergreens, traditional hummus, half grilled steak, half roasted vegetables, fiery broccoli, fire roasted corn, avocado, tomato & cucumber, Persian cucumber, shredded romaine, crumbled feta, and Greek vinaigrette (on the side). I also got a side of the hot harissa pita chips. It took maybe 15 minutes from when we entered Cava to when we sat down with our food. The food was fresh and blended well together. It was my first time trying the steak and it was absolutely delicious. I loved the pita chips too. I was a little hesitant that they would be too spicy, but they weren't at all. They were crunchy, warm, and with a hint of the harissa flavor - which was perfect to me. Pita chips feel like a must now with all Cava entrees. Restaurant was clean, bright, and buzzing with activity. The staff were friendly, but very concentrated on making sure everything was correct. The line to order was to the door when we ended up leaving. Parking is not an issue here because it's in a big shopping center. Cava is my go to place in Greensboro, so I'm excited it's closer to home now. Everyone should go show Cava some support and expect to be patient since the employees are brand new.

Make you a grilled cheese to go with it, and life is complete. The service is great. I met the owner a year ago, and she was soooo sweet. She gave me a sample of her soup and I've been a fan since. It's not to be confused with Fig and Olive Cafe in Greensboro. Fig & Olive is new to Stock + Grain. It opened last month, July 2025. Stock + Grain opened in early 2022. The food hall has really filled in since then. We visited for dinner before a Carolina Core soccer game and the place was packed. My wife and I were drawn to Fig & Olive's menu. We wanted something light and relatively healthy. They sell sandwiches and bowls, priced at $11 to $18.50 each. We both got the Portofino Bowl for $16.50 each. It comes with baby arugula, soppressata, bresaola, marinated artichoke hearts, shaved pecorino romano, fresh lemon, and extra virgin olive oil. The bowls/salads were presented nicely. One of our friends commented that they looked "delightful." Unfortunately, the bowls looked better than they tasted. They were unbalanced and hard to enjoy. We were unable to finish them. While the portion sizes were decent, I was working/chewing through a lot of dense, cured meat. There wasn't any dressing except for the EVOO (which I'm not sure we even noticed) and some lemon wedges. Overall, the bowls weren't that flavorful. They felt incomplete. The quality of the ingredients was fine, though. They give you a pager so you know when to pick up your order. When I went to pick up our bowls, they made a mistake and only prepared one bowl instead of two. I let them know and later, the cashier brought my bowl directly to where we were sitting. She was polite and apologetic. No big deal to me. It looked like there were only two people working and they were busy. Given how new this place is and the appealing menu, I'd be willing to give it another shot. Maybe they were still working some kinks out and/or we ordered the wrong thing. Fig & Olive is certainly a nice addition to Stock + Grain's lineup. According to Fig & Olive's page on Stock + Grain's website, the business is "a social enterprise" of Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC's Providence program where "all efforts and profits support workforce development programs."
