I specialize in stress and anxiety relief, intrusive thoughts, emotional regulation, unwanted habits (including smoking and vaping), confidence and self-esteem, weight management, sleep issues, and inner-child healing. I also work with clients navigating life transitions, overwhelm, and self-doubt. By blending neuroscience, subconscious reprogramming, and spiritual grounding, I help clients release patterns that no longer serve them and reconnect with clarity, calm, and inner strength.

Established in 2025.

Before becoming a hypnotherapist, I spent years working in a high-pressure world supporting high-net-worth clients, where excellence was expected and the demands were relentless. On the outside, I looked driven, capable, and successful. Behind that image, I was pushing myself past healthy limits in an environment that normalized chronic stress and overextension. Eventually, my body could no longer keep up with that pace. That experience changed everything. Hypnotherapy helped me find a different way forward. Through this work, I learned that calm, clarity, and balance do not come from forcing more or pushing harder. They come from learning how to listen inward, shift mental patterns, and respond to life in a healthier, more sustainable way. Today, I offer that same supportive space to others. Meet the Business Owner: Laurie L.

Laurie Ann Lima, C.Ht, is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and founder of The Hypnosis Chamber. She completed her professional training at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI), studying under world-renowned hypnotists including Dr. George Kappas, Cheryl O’Neil, Bruce Bonnett, Katt Lowe, Laura DeWitt, John Melton, and Ted Moreno, among others. Laurie is also a proud member of the American Hypnosis Association. Deeply passionate about her work, Laurie is honored to support each client within The Hypnosis Chamber as they move through their own journey of growth, healing, and transformation. She believes every individual deserves the full benefits that skilled hypnotic techniques can offer and is genuinely excited to share these powerful tools with every client she serves.
