He was quite snippy, and refused to answer any of my questions - even though their website invites people to call them with any questions. He repeatedly tried to get me to set up an appointment for their "free consultation". When I asked about their fees, if they accept insurance, etc, this guy just kept robotically repeating "All-your-questions-will-be-answered-at-the-free-consultation". I finally told him that this whole thing sounds pretty hokey to me, and I hung up.

I have tried everything possible and have only made it a few hours before the urge to smoke overwhelmed the common sense to quit. I knew about Hypnosis, and I wanted to try, but I wanted to make sure I was going to the right place. After doing a lot of research, I found Albany Hypnosis Center and was bless to meet Deborah Nettles. The experience from the first Zoom meeting and everyone after has been truly amazing. Our first meeting was via Zoom and surprising, Deborah was able to hypnotize me via Zoom!!!!! I asked for our next meeting to be in person and I arrived at her office and was so pleasantly surprised on how tailored everything was to my history, my personal perception of smoking and how it affected my life and my daily activities. Deborah Hypnotized me and I have not smoke since. We had two more follow up sessions and since the original Zoom meeting was so successful, I wanted the second and third sessions to be via zoom (because I have a very busy work schedule, like so many other people). I am still smoke free and I have not struggled with any withdraw. The only thing that I have had to remind myself of is that I no longer smoke! I sometimes find, I reach for my purse out of old habits and quickly realize that I don't smoke and then the whole thought of smoking is somehow dismissed from my mind. I have been out in public and find the smell of smokers actually bothers me. To say I can't believe I am saying all this is an understatement. I have smoked for over 40 years and NEVER thought I could possibly stop and here I am today, smoke free, and so very proud of myself. I actually don't feel like I was ever a smoker and I just can't figure out how three sessions with Deborah changed my entire life. People that have known me for most of my life truly thought that after so many years, that there was no way I could ever quit. And yet here I am...smoke free and truly not even missing it! I am forever grateful to Deborah for her commitment to fine tune her professional craft in order to help people overcome the impossible.

Medical professional care addressed the symptoms with very little success and many unpleasant side effects. Finally one doctor said it was due to stress and anxiety so medication was given for those symptoms, results, better, but still with breakthrough episodes and again many side effects. In desperation I sought out George Guarino . By the second visit I discontinued all medication, and have never had another spike again. . I am still, after a year on no medication at all, feel wonder, and have no more fear of the consequences of high blood pressure. Mr. Guarino is forthright, puts you at ease and has changed my life.
