I've been coming here consistently for about a week now, and after trying multiple items, I feel…read moreconfident saying this place does high-quality burgers the right way. So far I've had the patty melt, the avocado cheeseburger, and the double bacon cheeseburger, and every single one has hit. First off, the bacon deserves its own mention. Whatever bacon they're using is clearly top-tier quality. Thick, flavorful, cooked right, and definitely not an afterthought. No flimsy strips or skimping here. The burgers are big. Like, legitimately big. These aren't sad, flattened patties. They're hearty, filling, and actually justify the price. They also don't hold back on the cheese, which I appreciate. Everything tastes fresh, well-balanced, and made with care. What really surprised me, especially with inflation being what it is right now, is the value. Their combos are around $16-$17, and for that you get a large burger, a solid portion of fries, and a drink. And it's a fountain drink, not a can, which matters. You're not leaving hungry, and you don't feel like you overpaid. The fries are good, the specials are very reasonable for the quality, and they also have other drink options if you're not in the mood for soda. The vibe is another big plus. You can sit inside or outside, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the people working there are genuinely nice. It really feels like a family-owned spot where customer service still matters. You're treated like a person, not just an order number. For anyone in the neighborhood looking for a good burger, good people, and a comfortable place to sit down and eat, this place is absolutely worth checking out. Oh, and yes, they do have restrooms, which always matters more than people admit. Overall, this is one of those places that gets the fundamentals right: quality food, fair pricing, and good service. I'll definitely keep coming back.

Walked in with one rule. No fillers. Just hitters…read more The pastrami burger is the headline. Thick beef patty. Griddled hard. Real crust. Juices locked in. Pastrami piled reckless but purposeful. Salty. Smoky. Slight chew. Melted cheese sinks into the meat like it belongs there. Bun barely survives and that's the point. Grease soaks through. Flavor stacks high. This is old-school LA energy. No edits. No apology. The patty melt understands the assignment. Toasted rye with actual crunch. Buttered deep. Beef smashed thin and wide. Onion cooked down until sweet and jammy. Cheese fully surrendered. Nothing sliding. Nothing dry. Every bite hits the same as the last. Comfort food with discipline. Diner logic executed clean. The western bacon burger goes loud and earns it. Bacon crisp. Not floppy. Sauce sweet but controlled. Beef still leads. Lettuce and tomato barely make an appearance and that's fine. This is about salt and fat and nostalgia. Feels like eating something you were never supposed to give up. Fries are the right kind of boring. Golden. Hot. Plenty of salt. Built to scoop. Built to rest between bites. They know their role and stay in their lane. Service is straight to the point. Orders taken fast. Food lands heavy and hot. No hovering. No theater. Just efficiency and muscle memory. The room feels frozen in time. Bright lights. Laminated tables. People eating with purpose. No one here for vibes. Everyone here for food. It's giving... old Twitter when food discourse was undefeated.

Solid choice for a casual lunch/dinner with a bunch of TVs to watch sport with some good punk…read morerock/rock music. Will be coming back for sure. A great mix of food. The sushi options were great. They also have daily happy hour from 3-6, even on the weekends. I had the banana bread old fashion and was surprisingly pretty good. The tuna crispy bread was really good, good portion. The cauliflower was also good, definitely had. A kick but for someone that doesn't do spice very tolerable. The sushi burrito was also good but fell apart at the end. Staff was great, and the bathroom was also pretty good, 3 stalls for women. Parking was $7.50 which was a bit wild. I wouldn't park i come and park in the garage

We came back to this restaurant after a long time, hoping to have a better experience…read more Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. About a year ago, we were asked to leave, and when we recently returned, we were once again told to leave the premises. The whole situation was uncomfortable, embarrassing, and honestly very frustrating. We felt unwelcome from the moment we arrived, and it left a really bad impression. No customer should feel that way when visiting a restaurant. Based on our experience, I can't recommend this place. There are plenty of restaurants that make guests feel respected and appreciated, and sadly this was not one of them.
