When I first relocated to the valley. I discovered this fatburger and really enjoyed it. The burger and fries were fresh and flavorful. Fast forward, I've attempted on 3 separate occasions over the past 5 months and each time it consistently DISAPPOINTS. Tonight was it. Never eating here again. The quality of the food has changed and for the worst. The meat is different and you can see the difference. I grew up on this stuff and I know what a fatburger patty should look like, these patties are now prepackaged premade patties, no longer freshly balled up meat smashed and seasoned while cooking and this new meat or fake meat is absolutely disgusting. They took the time to explain the menu which contained wings and such, which was different, but they also explained the burgers as well. I literally hate writing negative reviews because I believe the restaurant always has room for improvement. This location and brand has clearly lost its way. I literally felt uncomfortable not only ordering my food, but also eating my food. There was literally one employee in the whole restaurant doing every job. There was a homeless guy in a wheelchair going around the whole restaurant harassing people for money. The inside tables were unclean and the whole place just looked Filthy to be honest. I waited almost 15 minutes to receive my burger as I watched it continually burn while the only employee seemed to have no sense of urgency. I actually ordered my food to go, and when I got in the car, I noticed that the whole burger was made incorrectly. For a $20 combo I was expecting a lot more service and a lot more quality. So disappointing..... I don't believe this was just a labor issue, the whole restaurant seemed worn down and just felt dirty. Needed to revisit Fatburger to ensure it is still as good as it use to be. The only burger you need order and should order is the XXXL Fatburger. Fat fries were pretty standard and they gave free ranch when requested. The winner of the night was definitely the Oreo milkshake - it was probably one of the best milkshakes I've ever had!
