They took the time to explain the menu which contained wings and such, which was different, but they also explained the burgers as well. We ordered 2 burgers, they were delicious and just the way I remembered them, except, 2 burgers and one small drink was $27.00! OMG it got expensive. I recommend the place. Bring your wallet! I would have given them 5 stars, but after almost $30.00 for two burgers and a small drink, I couldn't afford the 5th star! Thanks to the staff! read more

If you want a decent hamburger, freshly made then this is a big improvement over any of the big chains. Yes it takes a bit longer to prepare but it is definitely worth it. We visited twice - once to eat in very late (around 1am) and once to order and take to go offerings. The place is clean, music and TVs pumping and fast service! The burger has their usual works and, so far, this is the best burger around! Not too shabby... Sometimes, I would order from these guys, either by Uber eats, or just come in whenever time to spare. Their XXL burger is, without a doubt, my personal favorite. When you get it with the Works, and American cheese on top, it is the perfect comfort meal. I often get with fries and either a soda or milkshake. After every meal here... I am neither left disappointed, nor hungry for other foods. Sure, Uber eats may have screwed up once or twice with these guys. But, despite that... I always feel satisfied afterwards. I literally hate writing negative reviews because I believe the restaurant always has room for improvement. This location and brand has clearly lost its way. I literally felt uncomfortable not only ordering my food, but also eating my food. There was literally one employee in the whole restaurant doing every job. There was a homeless guy in a wheelchair going around the whole restaurant harassing people for money. The inside tables were unclean and the whole place just looked Filthy to be honest. I waited almost 15 minutes to receive my burger as I watched it continually burn while the only employee seemed to have no sense of urgency. I actually ordered my food to go, and when I got in the car, I noticed that the whole burger was made incorrectly. For a $20 combo I was expecting a lot more service and a lot more quality. To be fair, the burger is on the large side, but still expensive at $13. It's a semi smash burger as there is meat hanging outside of the bun with the crispy parts that you get from a smash burger. The burger was pretty tasty, even with the relish on it. Gives it a nice sweet and sour taste to the burger. Definitely helps with cutting the fat/grease. The onion rings were definitely fresh and not frozen. They were all different sizes, but I found the batter to be a bit thick. The onion was sweet and I kind of enjoyed it. It came with 2 ranch for dipping. If you do decide to eat here, it's pretty small inside, but TBH, I found it to be one of the bigger Fatburger's I've been to. read more

A bit more expensive than typical fast food but I thought it was a great experience overall. The burger was super filling and the meat was really juicy compared to the usual dry beef you get at other fast food restaurants. Fat fries were pretty standard and they gave free ranch when requested. The winner of the night was definitely the Oreo milkshake - it was probably one of the best milkshakes I've ever had! Fatburger never seems to disappoint and burgers are always cooked to perfection. I appreciate being able to have a choice between french fries or sweet potato fries. In either case, if you tell the staff you want either extra crispy and without salt, they do as asked and if there's something wrong they correct it quickly. What I like best about the burgers is they come loaded with everything imaginable from lettuce, pickle relish to cheese. You can add my favorite chili or an over easy egg for an additional charge. Unlike In & Out Burger down the street FB offers thick cut fat fries. The only downer with FB, the total cost for your meal. Expect to pay at least $11.50 and $17 plus tax for a hamburger combo.
