I have broken many bones, at one point due to an accident, at the same time due to this accident, I had a collapsed lung, 3 broken ribs, and a broken collar bone and this still could not compete with the pain of this GOUT. After at least 10-15 doctors visits and a ton of wasted money, I told myself I would stop in the health food store across the street from my home in April Sound that i drove by every day, praying that it would have something to help me, anything to stop the pain. I walk in and there is the person i had been hearing about, Dr. Claire smiling and eager to help. She asked how could she help, I told her exactly what i was going through, she said follow me, swiped the last bottle off of the shelf and said, follow these instructions and come back and see me in 10 days and tell me what you think. I am thinking to myself, I have heard how wonderful she is, but there is no way. So i took them across the street, did exactly as the bottle said and BAM, it started going away that quickly after an hour or so. These other reviewers talking about her decor and old produce are freakin idiots, WHO CARES, please go somewhere else then and get someone that has no clue on how to truly help you. Based on the testing conducted, a protocol was assigned, which included supplementation. We followed the assigned program in its entirety during a 3-month period of treatment. After each month, with no visible results, we raised concern and were told that it could take up to 60 days, then it could take up to 60-90 days. We "trusted the process" as holistic care can take some time. After 90 days of treatment, extensive supplementation that netted zero positive results, and having spent over $3,800, we expressed our displeasure to the doctor. She explicitly stated that 'I must be missing something' and 'had exhausted her modalities and scope of care.' She recommended we consult with Dr. Hayden who might be able to 'fill in the gaps and holes I missed.' Clearly, the root/main cause was incorrectly diagnosed during the entire process. Not our fault! We followed the assigned protocols 100%. We requested reimbursement or adequate compensation as the misdiagnosis was clearly the main issue. The testing was inaccurate, therefore, zero progress. After phone calls and email attempts, the Doctors did not even reply or take our phone call. They showed ZERO OWNERSHIP for their inaccurate testing. They made no attempt to admit their mistakes or make them right. The Doctors and business Owner took zero responsibility! The only offer, via an office manager's email, was a free consultation that is a fraction of the amount of money we "invested". The office manager just said, 'I'm sorry and I understand your frustration.' Well, "I'm sorry" does not equate to being out over $3,800 with nothing to show for it. No ownership. No professionalism. No responses. No responsibility. No adequate resolution. Just bad business. Save your money and go elsewhere.

When he began seeing Michael, he was on insulin and 70 pounds overweight. After a year [maybe less, actually], he was at 6% body fat, exercising regularly and so much happier. And hot. Very, very hot. Bonus. As to my experience, he was able to help me and our 14 year old daughter learn how to read food product labels, understand what they are really indicating about the 'food' in the container and how that affects the body. Thinking in terms of physiology and body chemistry and how it works or hurts. He was able to offer better meal suggestions even for our super-choosey eater who believed she could live on chicken nuggets, chocolate and mac n cheese alone. And she actually liked some of them. SHOCKER. While pregnant the last time around, which was ironically not very long ago, I had some worries about avoiding gestational diabetes and keeping my blood pressure where it needed to be. I went to see him and asked about some specific issues and he was able to point to what I was eating and offer suggestions to get the changes I wanted to see. Following the meal plan and suggestions he made, I didn't develop either of those issues, nor any others and ended up giving his contact info to my midwives. I have referred friends struggling with all sorts of body, food and beverage issues. Every one of them has had a positive experience. So my point in writing this review is to express the sheer diversity of counsel that Michael can offer.
