For the price, the quality of their work is horrible; broken trim clips left strewn around your car and inside your dash causing rattling, chopped factory wiring even when an adapter was provided, and a horrible fit and finish caused by utter carelessness and disregard for attention to detail. i made an appointment to install aftermarket gps nav system/back up cam showd up as scheduled took a day off work for it ,,,they told me it will take more time as they anticipated ...so i need to reschedule ...they did a work few days later only to leave my car not fully sealed and ruin my whole sound/radio and iDrive system due to rain water getting to it .non responsive to their faults worst costumer service they pinpoint to each other for their mistakes they dont know who even did that work done .do everyone a favor and repot to better business bureau ! read more

Went over here to get one of my speaker done, but they only did in pairs so I said fine. $150 for the pair pricey AF but I was there and new to the neighborhood. They ended taking out my dash and broke 3 of my 4 front vents and not bother to replace it. The Puerto Rican guy said he'll buy me a new one at the junk however he GHOSTED me when I called and text about the situation. All in all terrible business and terrible experience with this shop. This is the 2nd car I've had a DVD touchscreen installed here. I brought in my own subwoofer. If you price shop, they will be hard to beat! Of course you can order from ebay or Amazon and they'll use that. You doubt have to buy all the equipment from them. First car was a classic buick ... install went perfectly, sounded and looked great, and upped the value of the car as a whole. Second car, Charger. Another great price on the unit and install. This car had expensive parts, like the dash kit but they gave a good discount. I had blown my sub speakers. Was going to wait and see what i had a home. He gave me such a great price on a box and a set of 10" subs ... yes, i checked online for comparable ... i ended up getting them that same day! Problem ... after about 25 minutes, everything went black, stereo wouldn't turn back on. Next day i call and they get me right in, no worries. Turns out it blew a fuse, the one that it came with. He put in a new fuse and all day i did everything it has ... used the phone, Bluetooth, iheart, usb, played a movie, radio, and turned it up as high as i could bear to give it power ... perfect! I went here to get oracle halos installed on my car because their installation price was cheaper than most. So after the first install a lot of the LEDs were blown which they failed to check before installing them. Then blamed it on oracle!!! So I ordered new ones btw I paid $400 dollars on the first install this time they gave me a discount. They checked them and showed me all worked before install then when they installed them LEDs were blown again. WTF how could this happen again! The manager turns around and try to blame it on oracle again! "No you guys didn't wire them correctly"also when I got home they failed to hook my headlights back up. I purchased the $63 for $125 Worth of Exterior and Interior Auto Detailing at Auto Overhaul groupon. The garage is located next to the Habitat for Humanity Restore Baldiwn Park. I believe this is what the Groupon offers the Ultimate Overhaul which includes: Exterior Hand Wash & Dry Interior Shampoo & Spot Removal Plastic Panels & Dash- Not done Inside Windows Cleaned- Was splotchy and still had debris on the front window Interior Vacuum- Missed some spots underneath driver chair Leather Conditioner- N/A ArmorAll Air Freshener- Opt out. Super strong and causes me headaches Wheel Cleaner- Rims were still dirty Tire Shine Clay Bar & Polish Treatment Wax I made an appointment for 4PM on a Tuesday and showed up early. The technician was not back from lunch and I did't hand my keys over until 4:30PM. In preparation for the detailing, I had pretty much emptied out my car. Make sure to remove any hanging ornaments and clear out your glove compartment and console as well. Shop is closed on Sundays and Saturday appointments are usually full. My overall experience was OK. I bumped it up to three stars since the manager had the tech redo my rims and windows. I ended up making two trips here since the tech inadvertently kept one of my car keys. Terrible experience at their detail facility. Purchased a Groupon and decided to give it a shot. Booked my appointment for a few days later over the phone but when I showed up, I was told I was double-booked and had to reschedule - no big deal and I wasn't upset at all. During my rescheduled appointment, the detailer had to keep my car for two days (what the hell?). Definitely sketched out. After I picked up my Jeep and got back to my house, my girlfriend noticed all of my silver change and quarters had been taken from the change holder. Honestly, was $5 worth of change really worth completely shredding your reputation? Extremely disappointed in the lack of ethics and morales instilled in this facility. read more

Been going here for about 3 years now. My previous mustang had an audio system from the place next door. I wanted to upgrade and they claimed I needed a $400 wiring upgrade for the amp to work. I called bullshit, walked over to Auto Overhaul and got immediate service from Jose at what is definitely a phenomenal price. That car got wrecked, so I came back with another mustang, already got an even better system hooked up now. Any issues with the system? Usually calling or bringing it in will resolve it. Broken parts they installed get warrantied and you never have to worry about needing more parts because they tel you flat out what you need for your system to be successful. This place was awesome. Here is the deal: I have a Toyota Sequoia 2005. Blew my left front speaker. Call the dealer, $410 just for the speaker, install another $200. The dealer said I could not replace with anything but the factory because of some BS. Stopped in this place, they said BS just like I thought. So for $80 I got 2 front speakers and installation included. Sounds way better and all is perfect. Took 25 minutes start to finish. Highly suggest. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY DISHONEST OWNER. They don't even check to make sure you have all the correct parts before disassembling your dash for a car stereo install. After realizing one of the parts was not right, they tried to sell me cheap parts for 3x the retail price. I requested no further work to be completed until i get the right part. I paid for the small labor that was done to remove the factory radio ($30) to be fair. I asked if I could bring back the car as they currently have it with the right part to finish the job but the owner said that I have to pay for the whole thing again. Apparently the $30 charge was for them not making sure that the right parts were there first before removing the factory stereo. The owner even said "we did not even do anything". Great to know that they'd rather have $30 for 15 minutes of work than to finish the job for more money and treat their customers fairly! SCAMMERS!!! DON'T GO HERE!!! read more

I had a radio, speakers and an overhead roll bar system installed on my sons 1997 wrangler in June 2014. The radio stopped working correctly and I went back. I was told the radio was damaged by water and not covered by the warranty. The factory radio was in the vehicle from 1997 to 2014 without a problem (17 years). Had to buy another radio. read more

I had a negative experience with the car detail and "less than honest" employee. A great experience with the window tint. When the owner/manager was contacted he was quick to apologize and offered a free future detail. I was also offered a refund of my tip amount + a little extra that "less than honest" employee benefited from. The refund never appeared so I gave a negative review. When the owner/manger saw the review, he contacted me about the refund. Apparently he refunded the wrong card. As soon as he realized that, he quickly refunded me. Kudos to him for customer service that went above and beyond what is usually given in today's day and age. read more

When I finally got the car the new battery was dead and the driver's door wouldn't open from the inside. The owner ignored the issue and they shrugged it off. I bought an amp from these guys about a month ago. It was a four channel amp. When I finally got around to hooking it up, 2 out of the 4 channels did not work. I tried to return it, and the owner of the store turned me away. On the receipt it said return policy would be accompanied by the receipt and original packaging. Return policy would give me store credit or an exchange. When I went to return the amp the owner told me no. He was being a complete jerk not understanding what I experienced. It says no where on the receipt that he would not return any products unless installed by his guys. That is what he told me, and then turned me away.
