They held our hand through the entire process, showing us examples of what to expect, clearly communicating every step, explaining they don't paint the plugs but we can either paint them ourselves or hire painters (and they provided professional painter recommendations), etc. We felt so held the entire process. Ashley is so prompt in responding to any calls or messages. Ashley & Zach initially came out to take measurements for a quote, and answer any and all questions I had. The pricing was great, and they took care of filing all the paperwork for the PSE rebates. When it was time to do the work, the whole crew was fantastic! They worked efficiently, and kept the area very tidy, laying down plastic and cleaning as they went. We were so impressed by them!!! They insulated the walls and put insulation under the buildings, in our crawl spaces & also air sealed and wrapped all of the pipes! Once the project was done, Ashely let us know they had overestimated the amount of material they were going to need and actually send us a refund check because they didn't end up using all of the materials we were charged for! Lately the upstairs rooms always felt dusty and the temperature kept changing a lot, cold at night and warm during the day. Someone suggested checking the attic and once it was opened it was pretty obvious the insulation was very old and the space needed a real cleaning. Team came out and took their time looking around first. They explained what they were seeing and why the old insulation was not really doing its job anymore. There was a lot of buildup, old insulation, dust, and just years of stuff sitting in the attic. Once they started removing everything it was kind of surprising how much came out. Whole attic was cleaned out properly before anything new went in. They also pointed out a few small openings where air was getting in and sealed those while they were up there. After that the new insulation was installed and the difference started to show pretty quickly. Upstairs already feels more comfortable and the house keeps the temperature much better. Air feels cleaner too, which was something that was noticed almost right away. One thing that stood out was how careful they were during the process. They covered areas they were walking through and cleaned everything before leaving so there was no mess left behind. Attic cleaning and insulation is probably one of those things people forget about until it becomes a problem. Looking back it probably should have been done earlier, but really glad it finally got taken care of. I scheduled for them to come remove insulation from my house so that the following week they could blow in new insulation. Brian scheduled to come out on a Friday between 10-noon. At 12:30 I had not heard anything from them, so I called the receptionist (a wonderful woman!) because I did not know Brian's number. She could not get ahold of them. I got a call at 2:15pm from Brian who said the morning job was longer than expected and they wouldn't be able to come out today. He said we could reschedule, but it would have to wait until Monday to do so. He did not apologize and was very short with me over the phone. As my time off is valuable, I felt my entire day was wasted. Had I received a call between 10-noon when they were supposed to arrive saying they needed to reschedule, it would have been a completely different situation.
