Through the years, I've had on & off annual memberships with AAA. But I'm glad a few years ago I renewed after taking a couple years off. I've even sent several friends to CPI because of the ease and affordability. As of now, my roommate has auto insurance with CPI, I have renters, homeowners and auto insurance with them. In sum, I appreciate the ease in which my needs are taken care of, and of course the price. I don't do email/docu sign computer stuff, so CPI sends everything via USPS. Called the agent, was "transferred" to an employee, whose voicemail indicated he'd return my call at some point. I left a message w/name, number, acc't number, policy number. 3 days later, haven't received a return call. I guess it's telling that the employee's VM doesn't give a time w/in which callers will get a call back. Not my idea of good customer service.
