I got car insurance with these guys on 4/1/2024 I found a better deal for the same coverage with another company. I went back and asked to be refunded. I had given them a 400 down payment. The guy kept asking for the new policy. I told him I was canceling my policy with him and getting the other one right after the cancellation. Here we are almost a month later and I'm getting messages that they are going to take the payment out of my account. When I called them they said that I needed to provide proof that I had gotten a new policy the same day I canceled with them. Don't trust these people. read more

Buyer Beware! Dean is a crook. I had him set up insurance on a car while I was in the process of buying, the deal fell through, so I cancelled an hour later. Dean told me to come buy his office and he would get me a FULL refund. Kemper told me they would refund me all except $50. I went to Dean, but my first refund check was for less than half of what I paid. I called Dean and asked why. His response was that THEY probably have a cost of doing business like I do. So I went back to Kemper with proof I didn't buy the vehicle, and they sent a second refund check...for $96.02 less than it should have been. I called and asked what had happened and they told me that they refunded me everything I paid them, minus $50, and that the agent must have kept the remainder. I mailed Dean a demand letter for the $96.02 to which I got a threat letter of counter litigation. Keep the money, Dean. You obviously need it more than I do. read more

The gentleman helping me whom i believe is Dean was so helpful, This place was so convienent for me since its right next to ps smog and i needed both insurance and a smog check!
