IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY, BELONGINGS, AND LIFE STAY AWAY FROM VERANDA AT ASSEMBLY !!!! My mother Dana Johnson was beaten and carjacked. She doesn't know how to use Google so I am having to share her story. Please see below. I am a current resident that was assaulted & carjacked by an unhoused woman the beginning of January 2026 at the Veranda at Assembly! I have waited months to be shown consideration, concern or care to no avail. The police were very prompt and found my car the same day! They were able to apprehend the suspect driving my car and arrested her. She has since been released. She damaged my car so severely that the insurance company wanted to deem it a total loss. I have owned this Benz for 8 years and will have to put a lot of money into it to fix all the issues. Veranda at Assembly the Integral Group LLC has yet to even acknowledge my attack. Today 3/9/26, I have yet to speak to anyone in upper management regarding this traumatizing crime that occurred at the community where I live. I have requested several times for an incident report from the community manager as well as notification to be sent to the residents. I am elderly and afraid something like this could happen to the other residents. Tamara and the leasing team treated the situation as if it wasn't important. As if my safety wasn't important. Living in a senior living apt we can be targeted since we are open to the public. We have no gate. After the traumatic attack, I couldn't function as I once did. My mental health declined greatly. I am in fear for my life everyday living here. And no one in the leasing office or upper management seems to care. Due to this horrid event, I was put on disability. I am only receiving 60% of my income since the attack and car jacking. Not even a week after my attack, I was told that I will have to pay an extra $200 increase for my April 2026 renewal. The community manager sent me an e-mail and advised me that the regional manager (I never spoke to) said there is absolutely no room for negotiation. I AM OUT OF WORK BECAUSE VERNDA FAILED TO KEEP US PROTECTED!! Money is more important than our safety. Not only am I now having to pay more in rent, they have fraudulently taken nearly $500 out of my account three times since I've lived here. These 3 times of me being overcharged were within my 1st year. All of my bills that were not paid on time because of the carelessness of The Veranda at Assembly. Late charges and interest incurred and absorbed by me which is so unfair. If our rent is 1 minute late, we do incur a late charge with no question. My account was overcharged almost $500 for 3 months that I had to wait for a month for a credit on my ledger. I believe we are being taken advantage of because we are elderly. I am tired of the abuse and being treated like a number. Please please please I am begging someone to reach out to me. I need someone to care about this. I need someone to care about the elderly. We endure enough already and after being carjacked and beaten, I just want someone in upper management to make me feel seen and like my pain matters. read more

I moved into Villages at Carver with my 2 autistic children last April. Upon move-in, it was not the unit I applied for but I was informed that I'd be moved into another apartment once renovations began. A month later, my entire apartment flooded and it was because my upstairs neighbor's water heater exploded. My furniture was ruined, I had holes in my ceiling, there was a hole in my living room window and whenever it rained, it rained into my apartment. I had mold growing like wildfire, the water was raised and we were like that for hours before they had someone come suck the water up. I had flies as big as the tip of my pinky finger swarming my house, rats in my backyard & squatters across the hall in the vacant apartment. I sent email after email begging with the leasing office to at least transfer me to another unit or allow me out of my lease and I got broken promise after another. I started withholding rent, these folks filed for eviction. OKAY! I ended up having to move out and was displaced with my 2 children due to their neglect. This is hands down the worst company I've dealt with in my life. Do not move to any of their properties, even if you are at your lowest point. read more

When I speak of Integral my experience is with them at Ashley Scholars Landing and I'll do a review for them as well. My issue began when I received an extremely high bill from Conservice. My hope was to get assistance from management LaErik Bonner. Communications lack throughout the office I spoke with several people including Kenneth who handles the financials. I also spoke with several leasing agencies (some who are no longer working here). Therefore I decided to contact corporate, this was a major struggle being that these people were being let go as well. Eventually I was able to speak with a new hire Ms. Goodwin (Regional Manager). Speaking with her lead me to believe my three month struggle was over, yet after back and forth trying to get the bill lowered I was told to pay the balance and she would get it resolved on the back end. After paying the amount she ghosted me, she didn't return my phone calls, did not respond to emails or even texts (oh let me say she promised this would not happen because this was how her staff treated me)and for two weeks I was left trying to get in touch with her. When I felt defeated I decided to go to the office and was informed that you must have an appointment. Therefore someone from the office upstairs called me and was able to tell her my issue which she passed on to Ms. Goodwins supervisor. They fixed my ledger so that I could pay my rent online for the first time in 4 months. Yet I still have not been given a refund for my over paid Water/ Sewage bill. Conservice has billed me from day one $120 and in November my bill jumped up to almost $300 but now my bill is on average $50. Does that not scream billing issue? No one here cares but I do. This is absurd I get no peace where I live people or a subletting their units are getting a unit rent to them and letting their families with children bad children take over the block I have a concussion and I have to deal with Ernie's kids with a baseball come down here and play ball everyday then Ted insult to injury I have reported this to the manager is nothing that has been done about it they fight because they're doing the most they trash up the property here Ashley at Midtown in Savannah Georgia and add insult to injury my neighbor has a pitbull and I am very much traumatized by those dogs when I call that office just didn't even divulge who it was at that point I just asked Miss Dixon if dogs pit bulls especially were loud and they told me no I know the story must have made national attention when I lived in Colorado where my girlfriend family pitbulls attacked her son he had over 2005 marks in his face and he lost his arm so every time I see this I'm traumatized but because I would say the man neighbor knows the property manager I guess she changes and they change their titles so many times and so I'm completely being ignored I don't trust these dogs at all and intrical you really need to be ashamed of yourself with your automated system oh please listen for more options because the options have changed and you only have Option 1 and option two and when you leave a concern they say it takes 48 hours this essential cool I'm talking about 48 hours to get a response it's been well over 48 hours and I have not heard anything from these people and they only have two options so when you call back it's like number one if all the new complaint number two to file a follow-up how do they know what the follow-up is if they don't even have a live person asking you you're so cold case number how can you possibly follow up on anything I have a right to save and a quiet place to stay and I'm not getting that nor am I getting it from the office nor am I getting it from integral management I think these people at the office have come complacent and so because I exercise my freedom of speech constitutional First Amendment right the office is pissed off at me and therefore if I have any concerns it seems like they're not going to be addressed and it's a cool I don't know what your problem is that you have some artificial intelligence that ain't that intelligent and I have to be where when I'm entering or exiting my unit this is insane I don't know who to call because when you try to investigate who is the corporate office of intro every response by you know giving me the same number that the office has and this has been going on for about the past couple of years that you can't reach anyone at intercool I really don't understand this is an awful place to live but everybody needs a place to stay and so you know I could see if I was a problematic tenant but I pay my rent on time and even The Ledger they can't even get that together this is a tax credited property and they want to do everything in their power to get that bag but been doing much of nothing to put lights around on the buildings screens on the Windows this stuff has been broken and issues needed the address for the past 3 years and nothing I never seen anything like this in my life it's absolutely horrible read more
