If a staff member or someone could please reach out and help me cancel I will gladly remove this review and/or amend it. User beware: don't apply for this gym if you value customer service. It seems they sure don't.

The Turlock, CA PF employees are friendly everytime I use gym while in town which is positive for this site. As for equipment compared to other nationwide PF locations it does not meet standards. Many pieces of equipment are worn out or out of order. Specifically, on my visit today 5/6/26, 6 treadmills out of order, dispensers broken, urinal out of order and more to list. I had issues with the Prescott Club, specifically their GM who was not professional at all. I had been waiting 2 weeks for a follow up regarding my membership- I needed to add people and apparently my membership type is no longer offered, and I was supposed to get it grand fathered in. It didn't happen so the GM was going to reach out to corporate and find out if they can still honor it. After 2 weeks, didn't hear back after numerous phone calls and voicemails. I called again yesterday and an associate answered. She then said he was "going into a meeting" and he told her to tell me the answer was no. Very Unprofessional and lacking customer service. He, being the GM, should have given me a call back at the very least when he was finished with the meeting for an explanation. Anyhow, very frustrated- I went to Monte Vista today. Taylor looked into my account and did not see any notes since 4/22. This told me that the GM from Prescott did not even reach out to corporate. There was no current notes about my issue. Taylor went above and beyond and provided even better info and rates than my current plan. Now that is excellent customer service. I am appalled at the treatment I received by Prescott's GM- I believe his name is Koby or Colby. ( not sure spelling) I will definitely copy and paste this on their Yelp. Thanks so much, Taylor for treating me well!

I have been a member of BAC for 11 years. Joined initially to play tennis, and played both drop-in and on the Central Valley Tennis League team. Been taking Pilates onsite for 5+ years to help strengthen after a foot injury (addition fee for Pilates reformer classes that's well worth it) only 5 reformers in the room, so more individual attention (I take from instructor Brenda). Also, started doing 1/2 hour/week private training sessions with trainer Denise several years ago to target my workouts, which has definitely strengthened my body. I also use various exercise equipment for warm-ups or targeted exercise. Highly recommend Brenda for Pilates (she also has a great mat Pilates class in larger room) and Denise for private training. BAC staff is great (always helpful, friendly and keeping the gym clean and in working order). Highly recommend BAC.
