I've done Pilates at almost every studio in Dallas and Houston and this is the only studio that I've ever committed to. I've had a difficult time finding a studio that wasn't so challenging that I dreaded looking forward to it vs a studio that was so easy that it felt like a waste of money and time and don't even break a sweat. The workouts here are versatile and use the accessories in a manner that flows well and doesn't feel forced. The instructors give good cues and always give instructions for lighter or more challenging options. I get to leave class everyday knowing I did something to move and work on my posture and form without absolutely destroying me for the rest of the day. I was met with defensiveness stating I am asking many questions and customers usually don't ask that many. Then started debating with me saying do I question my doctor? After this interaction, I was shocked. I told him I will no longer be moving forward, he then disconnected the call. As the business owner this is how he conducted himself. The facility itself may be fine, but in my experience, I felt argued with and not respected as a potential client because I asked questions. Glad I found out the culture here before signing up.

My son now loves going too and it's perfect for his using the free weight area. What keeps me going to this gym and keeps me working out: 1. Easy no appt or class time necessary... just jump in 2. The fun tabata-style circuit is changed out daily and focuses on different body types 3. It's an all-level workout so you make it as challenging as you want and let's face it some days I don't feel like doing it but that brings me to this next... 4. It's only 30 ish minutes! You DO have the time and it feels great to workout even on those days that are tough 5. Last but not least Adam has a vast amount of knowledge and is a trainer so he or a team member will show you how to do the exercises properly or how to modify if you have an injury. 6. I haven't worked out in a while and was nervous about joining a gym that would be too intense. I appreciate that the workout here is 30min. It really worked me, and I could do it! I have knee pain, and the coach made sure to help me with modifications so I could still work out, but not hurt my knee. The staff is very friendly and helpful! You go through all the stations, and each one has a video for you to follow. Very little thinking is required. Top notch for me personally. I haven't had to use it yet, but there is a key fob system that allows members to come workout during non-staffed hours. Firmly team no kids, but they also have a little kids area to sit your kiddo. I know this is unusual as my sister complains often about not being able to workout at a gym. My only wish is if they had a sauna but it's not enough of a want for me to not go. I'd much rather have personalized service. It was clean, friendly, and i had a great workout! I am excited for my membership, and highly recommend checking them out!

EXTREMELY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!…read more I joined the gym in early 2024 and cancelled my membership in June of 2024. Apparently due to some sort of miscommunication, something went awry with my cancellation and it was either not received, not processed, or both. A YEAR AND A HALF AFTER THE FACT - in October 2025, I receive communication from a debt collector saying that I owe almost $1300 in back charges. This gym NEVER, NOT ONCE sent me any communication informing me that there was an issue with my account. I was not provided any notice whatsoever that there was a problem - no bill, no phone call, no text, no mail. Instead they just kept accruing charges FOR A YEAR AND A HALF without my knowledge and hit me with a $1300 collections bill. I was never given an opportunity to correct this beforehand, before it got out of hand. This is NOT the way a reputable business conducts themselves.

Lots of taping over cushion cracks instead of replacing etc. And fitness equipment is definitely aging. My biggest frustration and cause for me to cancel my membership was over the most ridiculous business practice. I set up my payments with auto pay from a credit card. About a year into my membership the credit card expired and I forgot to update my card. ONE DAY after the due date I get a harassing collection call. A simple text message or email asking me to update my card would do just fine. Then I see a $25 "processing fee" on my credit card after I updated it. AC (the owner) replied that he's not charging me, but it's the billing company he outsources to and they charge when an account goes to collections. Sorry bud, but you picked them and they represent your name and reputation. Needing to update a credit card within a few days of due date isn't something that should "go to collections" in the first place. The fact they're willing to let a member leave over something so trivial and typical is beyond me. Recurring revenue on monthly auto pay is the life-blood of many businesses. There are plenty of payment solutions in the market that would make life easier on your customers.
