Moved up several levels in the hierarchy of experts, but they could not solve the problem. I went to the "Genius" Bar at the Apple Store on North Avenue, no go. They referred back to a support department at Apple. These guys sent me an email referring me to Apple Support Online. I don't have time for this! Here is what Should have done in the first place. I called Mac Tutor. They sent Joshua Horsley. He solved the problem. I have used Mac Tutor in the past and in my opinion these guys are way more knowledgeable than any Apple "Genius." If you do not mind spending a little money to save a lot of time, this is the place to call. And it is not just the time, they get the job done right. Someone, please help. Post a better word than "genius." We use that word for celebrities like Einstein or Hawking. For Joshua, we need a much better word. Brilliant? Astonishing? No those are adjectives. I need a noun.
