It seems that the loan originator DOES NOT read the contract and gives buyers bad advice?!! In our transaction, Buyers and Buyers' Agents were well aware that the solar financing WAS NOT assumable. The parties agreed, in writing (the Real Estate Purchase Agreement), asvto how they would pay the balance on the solar loan. The loan originator apparently did not read the contract and unilaterally told the Buyers they didn't have to pay off the solar financing, that the solar loan could be assumed. WRONG!! Due to this, we were delayed in closing and of course, the loan originator would not even consider helping the Seller with any damages he was incurring due to the delayed closing of the escrow on the sale of his home. I would recommend NOT using TYLER CRISCI in the future. He also poorly communicates updates on the transaction which doesn't help either.

IF IT'S SOOOOO URGENT, why didn't they send it to be EARLIER within 24 hours (the timeframe they gave me), AFTER the borrower signed the auth? Good to know!
