There was also points on his benefit that when I do refinance than he would get a little kick from the bank. I couldn't back out of the deal because we had all contingencies removed which means I would lost my 15k deposit and I had no choice but to move forward. But yeah, look up Mathan Fairweather on google. I'm not the only one who got screwed.

Some of the initial lenders would make the initial contact and then drop us off their radar and from the others we would simply not hear back from them. After some online searches I found Anita and her team. I immediately realized that her team would be the lender that would get us ready for our home search. IF IT'S SOOOOO URGENT, why didn't they send it to be EARLIER within 24 hours (the timeframe they gave me), AFTER the borrower signed the auth? Good to know!
