Each station has a chair and phone stand for you to use. The process includes three 20 minute whitening gel sessions and one 10 minute vitamin booster session back to back. I have pretty sensitive teeth and knew that going in, but after seeing so many great reviews I wanted to see how they would react during a professional session. To be transparent -- it did hurt pretty badly for me afterwards with slight discomfort during the session. However, that's not the fault of the business, sometimes people's bodies are made differently and have different tolerances. I popped 3 Advil afterwards to help with the pain. This isn't something surprising to me, I've done the crest whitening strips and knew I usually reacted this way to whitening. The result was awesome! I started at a shade 12 and ended up with a shade 6! My teeth were noticeably whiter and they looked great! They gave me at-home care supplies for afterwards as well.
