We had a basic idea of what we liked and he showed us many options. Husband tried on so many. Oddly, it was one we said 'let's try that on for fun', was what we ended up purchasing. They custom order the size so they don't have to reshape the ring in anyway, compromising its structure. Surprisingly, we didn't have to put anything down.
