We saw Fw3 on the way somewhere and decided to make a stop, very glad we did. It was rather confusing to find the way in, one of their doors(under their sign) said entrance inside building, which there wasn't, apparently they had a store front door to the street around the other side of the building. Once inside it was a clean, professional, casual looking place. The gentleman running the store was very friendly to my wife and i, and to our boys as well. They were able to run around a little, the coins were up and safe from grabby hands. They even had cars for them to play with, always appreciated. My wife had several questions as did i, seeing as how we are just starting out with this, and he was more than happy to show us, and teach us a little. We were happy to walk out with the coins we were looking for, at a great price. He even gave my older son a hot wheels car on the house. We will be back every year!

This item was sold on Ebay and the policy is very clear on returning items if you don't tamper with them. In this case, the CUSTOMER CHOSE to open the roll even though he said he believed it to have been tampered with. I strongly disagree with it ever being tampered with prior to him receiving it and opening it." I purchased the item with full intention of keeping it despite the fact that it had already been opened and resealed before I received it. It had 20 libertads in the roll and I was satisified that the coins were authentic. My entire point in writing the poor review was to indicate my disappointment with the fact that you (or someone before you) had clearly opened the roll before I received it. Yet you sold it as an "UNOPENED" roll. You had to have known the roll was "OPENED" at some point based on the condition and mismatched alignment of the Mexican mint tape PLUS the obvious clumsy use of cellophane packing tape to re-attach the bottom paper piece. I cannot stand deception in selling. And this was a clear case of deception. You should know better. Shame on you.
