We entered Cyrus Jewelers on a Saturday afternoon to begin our journey. Most jewelers do not keep the diamonds we were searching for onsite and after discussing with Mehran what we were looking for he provided us with an extensive list of diamonds that may suit our needs that Monday. We chose a few to be brought into the shop for closer inspection. While looking at the individual diamonds, Mehran guided us through the examination of each diamond explaining the benefits and drawbacks of each choice. Not once did he push us in a direction with a salesman-like approach. Actually, it felt like talking with a friend, who had expertise in the field that was helping us make an important decision. Furthermore, he would point out opportunities for us to find extra value even if it cost him some revenue dollars. Additionally, Mehran work extensively with my bride-to-be on constructing the exact setting she was dreaming about, offering different choices of how it could be accomplished. The finished ring is exquisite and we are overjoyed with the purchase. The kindness, patience, and expertise offered by Mehran and the folks at Cyrus Jewelers are phenomenal. Tammy helped me and my fiancé design my engagement ring. It came out so perfect and beautiful. I wanted a designer wedding band which would have cost a fortune, took the picture to Tammy and she made basically the same ring for a fraction of the price. My engagement ring matches the design on my band. It is so intricate and gorgeous, I get so many compliments on them. The jewelry there is all beautiful and within every price budget. Definately a great place to shop for a gift or make a wish list for any clueless husband. They told me it was going to take a week and that it was going to be $400.They needed the other ring to make a custom mold for the new ring which was fine. I come to pickup and the price changed AGAIN to $550 , as pissed as I was I said okay and paid it , to only find out the ring was TOO SMALL AND THE ENGRAVINGS DIDN'T MATCH! It was crunch time since the wedding is in a few days so we bought another wedding band somewhere else and I came to return the ring. They REFUSED to take it back even though they messed up big time. They wouldn't give me my money back and said "we will handle this in court" , I ended up filing a police report and pending a law suit against Aljan Jewelers . It's sad to say they care about $550 more than repeat business and referrals.
