This is my go to place for chiropractic adjustments. I always receive best care at this location. The doctors (Dr Paul and Dr Yi) are highly qualified, very kind and personable. The front desk staff (Vanessa) is always accommodating and friendly. I have 4 sessions a month and it's a very good package for keeping me properly aligned and feeling pain free. The location is in great spot if you want to grab lunch or dinner right after your adjustment. Plenty of nearby parking. read more

Had a flare up on my back and needed to feel right. I've been to the joint in the past so that's why I came back for help. This location was nice and clear and everyone in there was extremely helpful. They explained everything throughly from the injury to the possible plans I can sign up for. I got the flex plan which is a once a month visit for $20 per visit, very affordable. I was in and out within 15 minutes which helps if you're a very busy person. Of course they had my info from my previous visit so it was easy. They have multiple locations all over California so you can open an account yet visit any of the other locations. I will be returning to the Cherry one for sure. A+ service. P.S.- as for my back, it cracked as soon as I was in position which was a relief in itself. I have been going to this location for more than 3 years. My first experience was nerve racking but the staff was very friendly and informative. The chiropractor explained clearly step by step how chiropractic will help me through my pain and getting the relief through my day to day life. He explained that with proper stretches it can help. The price is affordable and very convenient. Quick and easy adjustments without any long wait. It was like an easy in and out within 10 minutes. Was running a few errands with my friend in the neighborhood and he made a quick stop at The Joint to get an adjustment. Their model is pretty cool. You select a membership package and can get adjusted whenever you need it. No appointment necessary and they have over 450 locations nationwide in which you could utilize if you purchase a member plan. The current promotion allows existing members to refer a friend or family member with the first visit being on the house. In today's case, I was referred by my friend so my adjustment was free. I had to complete the standard paperwork and went through a brief assessment with the chiropractor but it was worth it. The adjustment really "loosened" my shoulders, lower back, and upper back. Kudos to these folks for offering low cost and effective chiropractic treatments. Bonus: front desk staff at this location were very friendly too. See photos attached. read more

I signed up for two months of chiropractic treatment and a monthly membership that would continue until I canceled the contract. I requested to cancel my membership during my last treatment within the two-month period from my first visit. When I checked my HSA account, I discovered six months of charges from Almaden Joint Chiropractic. I contacted them to request a refund for these unauthorized charges, but the doctor in charge at the office was unhelpful and disrespectful. He claimed he would contact the corporate office and get back to me. Later, he called and informed me that they would not issue a refund. I want patients to be aware that if something goes wrong between you and this chiropractic office, you will not receive any assistance from them. Regardless of the situation, you will be blamed. First things first - this place and company is amazing! Bf found them and pushed me to go and with his recommendation and their prices I thought why not. The things that make me love this place (in no particular order - maybe just the first one): 1. THE PRICE ...sorry we live in the bay and things are expensive as is..saving a little money makes this girl happy!! 2. NO APPOINTMENT! Even if I make an appointment I'm usually rescheduling - just being able to walk in is a life savor and has me actually going more often! 3. MULTIPLE LOCATIONS: I'm all over the place when I need an adjustment; work, running errands, traveling for work. With locations all over I'm usually in a spot that has an office for me. I haven't tried out of state yet, but I've got a few back to back work travels 4. FEELING GOOD: I haven't been having to go the get massages as much. ZERO STARS-I am beyond upset with your customer service. I cancelled back in MARCH IN PERSON and have been charged every month anywhere from the 14th-17th. I was in one of your locations and cancelled with one of your chiros present, the man with a cane, and an office person. I asked repeatedly if I needed to do anything else, I was assured I would not be charged any further, and my account would be cancelled. The chiro present even tried to sell me other options. Fast Forward to yesterday. My options- basically eat the 4 MONTHS of almost $400. Asked if I wanted a comp 10 visits-NO! You could have at the least offered the amount of visits YOU STOLE FROM ME that I paid for unknowingly. I didn't visit ONCE in these months, had I known I would have complained back then OR OR OR -shocker-use my services YOU STOLE THAT I PAID for!!!! You may be asking how I didn't know- well this is a card I DO NOT USE but once maybe twice a year. I basically was told because YOUR front office person didn't have me sign anything it's MY fault and I just get to eat the money. I am a single mother who is on an extreme fixed income. What is even worse is I haven't even heard back from the REGIONAL Manager... I am going to research and file complaints, try to get my money back from my bank, write reviews wherever I can regarding the scam you run, and MOST DEFINITELY NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. This is a total SCAM. I cancelled in person and they got 4 months of payments for doing absolutely NOTHING. THEY ARE CROOKS who are spotty with their adjustments. Some would do a full adjustment and some would just do one or two spots. The front desk people don't acknowledge you when you walk in and obviously don't know how to do their job-like NOT CANCELLING A CUSTOMER...or maybe they were trained this way in order to steal what they can and say their hands are tied because THEIR IDIOT EMPLOYEE didn't do their job. I started coming to Dr. Davis in 2018 and he has made a world of difference for me. Prior to this I was seeing a chiropractor anywhere from 1 to 3 times a week. Since I started at the joint, I have been able to come regularly once a week with no issues. Dr. Davis takes his time to hear what my issues are and addresses them each week and adjust as needed. I have L5, S1 issues as well as degenerative issues through my back and hips. You also can't beat the price of the Joint! read more

So I joined and started a plan as I thought it could help with minor back pain. "Dr. Davis" was the doctor who did my initial adjustment, I have never had an adjustment before so didn't know what to expect. Dr. Davis at first seemed knowledgeable in telling me what I needed, but when it came to the adjustment he got really pushy like he was trying to hurry me out, at one point saying "Come on, loosen up dude." when I had my legs in the wrong position. Within the next few weeks I found that I couldn't keep up with my plan so I decided to cancel. (You have to do it in person and can't over the phone ) Apparently I made a mistake and didn't read my plan right, you have to wait 6 months before you can cancel, which I admit was my mistake. Dr. Davis came out to talk to me and when I explained that I wanted to cancel because I couldn't find time, he replied with snark "Oh that's too bad." And explained that he usually doesn't do this but waived the 6 months and allowed me to cancel, but left nastily saying "Next time be sure of what you're signing." Now as I admit that I may have not read paperwork correctly, that doesn't give anybody, especially someone who's supposed to be a doctor, the right to talk to you like you're stupid and a piece of trash. I have a lot more colorful opinions for this Dr. Davis, but he is an extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional doctor and I honestly don't think he should have the job that he does if he's going to be a nasty prick. Note: Upon that first visit, I couldn't help but notice that he also seemed to be a lot more friendlier towards the female patients visiting and the young woman working at the reception desk.. so could explain a lot, take that as you will lol smh read more

Where do I begin? I've been coming to The Joint for almost a year and so long as I have a job I'll be coming back! The prices and plans are unbeatable. I've been to a few chiro offices over the years and felt robbed paying upfront for treatment plans that were so unaffordable and not something I could easily keep up with long term. The adjustments are quick and effective. Dr. Davis is knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to what's going on and adjusts accordingly. Occasionally there's a line but you just have to expect that people come in around the same time sometimes and be patient or come back. The office is clean, organized, and well maintained. The decor is pleasant and overall a nice atmosphere. The amount of locations in this area is great and the variety of hours and days open between all of them makes it super easy and convenient to get adjusted when I need it. The best part of my visits each week at this location: Mia. She is the friendliest receptionist I've ever met. She always greets me with a smile, we chat, and she really cares about seeing everyone get better! read more

Saw Dr. Kahn at the Milpitas location but he states he's usually at this location on Saturdays. I would first off like to thank Dr. Davis for initially seeing me at the start of my membership w/ The Joint beginning last December, Dr. Jones in Campbell for all the time in between, but extremely thankful for coming across Dr. Kahn. This was my first time w/ him and the walk in was super smooth and fluid, had some pain in my lower back but after the visit I felt super lengthened and ready to go about my day. The Chiropractor was rough with her approach. Her tone and her assessment of me and my needs. She did not review my file before she started with adjustments. If she did, She would realize I had a previous broken rib. Her style is to scold you with her tone and intimidate you into submission as she works through adjusting you. She also assumed I was not an athlete because of being overweight a little. She told me I don't look like a CrossFiter. She was wrong and I still do crossfit.
