First time experience. If you are not a member, you will wait and wait and wait. We had an appointment scheduled for 5:30. 40 minutes later we were still waiting. Here is my observation and confirmation. Seven people who had monthly memberships came in after us and we're seen immediately. After speaking with the front desk, I was informed of the process. ***This is a good to know if you are planning a 1st time visit. We we're not informed of the procedure when we arrive yesterday and scheduled an appointment. I am helping you out here.*** For the first appointment, expect to wait. It takes longer because it's the initial consultation and they build your profile. For contracts, you have to give a 30 day notice. The service is good and recommend. read more

I've been to chiropractors throughout my whole life. I went here for the first time today. Went ok, felt a little rushed and annoyed when they told me they would fill out the rest of my personal paperwork, which I found very odd to do. How my appointment went- I'm now in way more pain than I went in there with, including a migraine which I haven't had one in months. Went there for the sole reason to decompress my back to elevate my sciatica pain. I have numbness, and a shooting electric, fire ant sensation from my back down my leg. Which they did put me in the position to adjust that area. Did there little jump on the hip and push on the shoulder area, but nothing actually got adjusted. So now I'm still have my pain, the whole reason why I went, I now have an intense migraine that I didn't have before. And I'm honestly regretting going to that location. I should have just waited until Monday, and drove to Galveston to see my chiropractor Chad. I walk out sore from his office but I have relief, and I can feel sore but I also feel 100% better than I walk in with. Also- when someone mentions no to your pay packages, take it as a no- drop it, and move on. I do agree with other reviews they push there packages down your throat. Stopped in from out of town and my neck and upper back was so tight and sore. Dr. Johnson did the adjustment and I feel so much better. I don't know if because I was in such bad pain but I honestly feel like he was the best adjustment I've ever gotten over the years. He spent time making sure he hit all the areas and relieved so much pain and tightness. read more

BEFORE I BEGIN I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THIS COMPANY THE JOINT IN BAYTOWN EVEN 1 STAR My name is elizabeth , I and my daughter signed up for service at the Baytown location 2 years ago . 1 month after I signed up for service I and my daughter decided to cancel , we went the The Baytown location , we followed the joints cancellation guidelines and were told everything was canceled. We were told we needed to return to sign the Joints cancellation of membership notice form I which we did on 03/ 21/21( I have the copies) Keep in mind my daughter and I have never visited this place again after 03/2021 . I noticed on my bank statement this month that The Joint was still taking out 79 dollar's per month since 03/2021 . So I called The joint and explained what happened and that is where the lies and disrespect from this company came . 1 st we were told that we did not cancel , which is provable lie , 2 nd they said my daughter had been using there service in Florida , in which I told them I or my daughter have not been to Florida in 4 years . WHICH RAISES MORE CONCERNS SBOUT HOW THERE USING MY INFORMATION, how can somebody walk into a Florida location use my daughters name to gain services without being asked for identification. I ask the joint for proof of my daughters visit to Florida, they could not provide and told me to call the store in Florida 3rd I went to there location and and was ridiculed about how I spoke English. The service person said she did not speak Spanish and could not help me because she could not understand me, next she started talking Spanish after I asked to speak with the manager . WHICH WAS HORRIBLY DIRESPECTFUL TO ALL LATINOS This was very hurtful to me due to how much I have studied English and have and have been told by other professionals that I speak very well. . I have graduated and have became a lawful citizen of this United States over 18 years ago. This office in Baytown Tx ridiculed my English , accused me of lying and to this day have not returned the full amount that they agreed to This company is not to be trusted , please recheck your bank statements after cancelling your service and make sure your services are not being used by someone in another location The manager said he would return 1 year of service and provide the rest in store credit. I went in when I was 7 months pregnant and I wish I had done it sooner. The Dr. really made me feel at ease and it helped my back pain tremendously! For any pregos that are looking for back pain relief, I would highly recommend them coming in to this location. I was a little apprehensive but left more than satisfied. And I felt even better the next day. I signed up for a package since I knew I would be back and the cost is really affordable. The office is modern and clean and there is never a long wait. I have been seeing Dr. Perez regularly for the past 3 years at the River Oaks location. I have been to several different The Joint locations and he is my absolute favorite! It takes me close to an hour to get to the Baytown clinic but it's well worth the drive. I have referred several of my family members to him and would recommend anyone seeking chiropractic care! read more

Dr. Perez has been my preferred chiropractor for years, and I have a wonderful experience each time I visit. I have had severe back pain in the past and haven't experienced that since visiting him. He is great about explaining what is going on during the adjustment, and what I should do in between visits to reduce the tension in my neck and shoulders. I highly recommend him! read more
