Dr. Bill & Dr. Titus are great! I don't usually use chain locations for services because they always feel unwelcoming and seeing the same person regularly is almost impossible because chains are like revolving doors when it comes to staff. However, I went in one day just to try it out. I'm peculiar and I don't like my neck cracked. I disclosed this with Dr. Bill and he made me comfortable and found other ways/ areas around my neck to help relieve pain. I liked that he took the time to help with pain while navigating my dislike for ripping off my head. Because of his approach I ended up bringing in my daughter to see him and now we see him weekly! Thank you Dr. Bill. It's a walk-in, no appointment type of place. Plenty of parking at this location... if for some reason there's a short wait there's always a Petsmart next-door you can go visit the animals & maybe adopt one :) read more

Steven at the front desk was extremely helpful. He talked through everything with my Father and made him feel super comfortable. We both got seen pretty much immediately. I tried 3 different t locations and they all disappointed as far as availability. We showed up to Culver city and Inglewood one on a couple of occasions only to see a sign on the door that they were closed. Same w mid town crossing. The service itself was good, but the fact that there is no warning of when they will or won't be there is frustrating. read more

This is my favorite chiropractor doctor of all time! Dr. Devon Beechel is friendly, knowledgeable of the body, and gentle in knowing how to get everything lined up correctly with your spine and ligaments. I visit this location once a week, it takes no longer than 5-10 minutes to be in and out and feeling like a new person in that short amount of time. I am a rideshare driver, it's wonderful how there are so many different locations all over SoCal so after driving for 10+ hours and I want to get aligned, I just open up my GPS and find the closest one near me, but by far Dr. Devon Beechel is the Top of the Line MVP chiropractor of them all! Dr Titus is the best! I have recurring sciatic pain and know to immediately get in to see Dr Titus. His adjustment immediately tempers the discomfort and pain associated with sciatica. Should've read the comments. I came here because I been feeling pain on my back and neck. First, they make you sign an online application with a lot of questions regarding your pain, you would think they would have a solution, but when I seen the chiropractor he hardly asked anything or relieved any pain (it was a quick visit). Honestly this is a business and they want you to get a membership where it's recommended to visit them 4-6 times a month, therefore they don't really do a good job on your first visit, the dr told me that it will take some time for me to feel better (more sessions). This felt like a half job, but not even that since he only cracked my neck. I left feeling like I should've just saved my money or better yet had gone to get a massage instead since that lady cracks my back better. When he said he was done I told him I was really hoping he could've cracked my back, so then he tried, but nothing cracked. No solutions at all and now my mid back is hurting more than before :(. Please save your time. I don't know how did they expect me to sign up when the first visit left me feeling worst and out of $29 bucks. Don't do the same mistake; go with someone who will reduce your pain and not make you feel like you lost time and money. read more

Felt more like a I was at the DMV than a care facility. I wasn't even asked what was wrong, just asked to lay down and was mangled. I didn't even bother complaining, the guy taking care of me was absolutely careless. For some reason he called me "Luis", but my name isn't Luis, he didn't even introduce himself or ask my name. I left not feeling any better, $29 spent on an experience I will never repeat. Going to a real chiropractor tomorrow morning. It's a shame, I visited another location and the experience was awesome. A few weeks ago I stumbled across this place and noticed the $29 initial visit advertisement and thought I should check it out for some elbow trouble I have been having. I tried them out and and it was great! It was a simple process, walk in- no reservation required, fill out some simple paperwork and go see the doc in the back. The doctor will ask you some more questions, why are you here, what do you want to accomplish, have you seen a chiropractor before, and lets get cracking! They have rotating doctors that work different days, so far I have seen 2 different ones and they both were great. After the initial visit i felt great and was considering joining there great monthly plan of $69 dollars for 4 visits a month but thought I would put it off until January when I knew I would be around. Fast forward a couple weeks and I wake up with my once or twice yearly back pain left over from the army and thought I have to go back to the Joint to see if they could help me out. I manged to hobble in there not even able to stand straight and the doc fixed me! Was it fixed, no, but I was able to stand straight and not hobble any more! It was great! Needless to say I joined up for the monthly plan after that- its $39 for a drop in and $69 for 4 visits per month and I knew I was going back so the plan just made more sense. Plus I found out there is Veteran discount of $59 a month whoo-hoo! read more

I called yesterday at 4:40 no answer. My husband started driving me over knowing they take walk-ins and got a text at 5, asking if this would be my first time there. Yes. I'm a new patient. Mind you, they close at 7. That's a two hour window. Two hours. And they said, in that case no. We can see you tomorrow (Saturday). I clarified what time for Saturday because I was in a lot of pain. A lot. And they gave me Saturdays hours and again I clarified closure time for yesterday being 7 pm. And I was then told I was more than welcome to check with other locations. By this point. I was already in their parking lot. And could see the lobby was dark. Maybe no one was there to even take me in. My think is this, 2 hour for an intake and adjustment isn't enough? That's a plain ridiculous excuse. Check another location? Not okay. So, if I was to come in at 3 on Saturday, two hours prior to closure, they wouldn't take me either. I'm not going to this location or any of their locations ever again. I went to a place on Sepulveda much closer to my home, paid a little bit more, and was seen within 30 minutes of this text exchange and feel great! But no thanks to The Joint. read more

Writing a follow-up here. After canceling my membership in January, Claire, are you now saying I need to go back into the store AGAIN to "simply" cancel it for a second time? Honestly, this just gets more frustrating. I canceled this in January of 2021 (I went in person to the Culver location), I have been getting charged since January, I am not getting a refund for the entire year, and now you want me to go back to the location in person to cancel AGAIN? After writing this review, I received an email letting me know that I will get a 4month refund instead of the entire 11 months. I am a very reasonable person but I will not let go of this issue that is not my fault. 4 days ago I went to this place back in December 2017. Sign up for one month deal for $69. One month only. I stated I will try for one month. Then At the last service in December 2017, I told them I don't want to continue the monthly subscription. They said no problem. Tonight I found out they have been charging me monthly subscription for the last 8 month. $69. Per month. That is over $500.that I didn't authorized and never go back since last year December. Now I have to call my bank, report the fraudulent charges for the last 8 months. If I don't received my refunds. I will definally sue them! This is insane! Here is the update: After several days with phone calls. I received only 3 refunds out of 8 charges from Brandon, the office manager.. I guess I will have to file a small claims again them to get my money back! Watch your bank statement with this place ! I probably just picked a bad day to try out this service for the first time, but I'm really disappointed in our experience here. Anyhow, the front desk guy was not there when we went. Totally get that the chiropractors won't know how to do this stuff and they were open and honest about the wait and the complications of the front desk guy not being there, but my review comes from my Mom's experience. My Mom is disabled (she lost her vision recently) and we came here to introduce her to her to the idea of chiropractic care since she's recently stop working and she's not as active as she used to be. I mentioned this to the man helping us and told him I would help in any way to get her in the positions he needed to get her in so she could get evaluated and adjusted. I could sense there was A LOT of hesitation on his part to work on my Mom. Maybe it's because she's a special case, but I was under the impression that The Joint could work all people needing chiropractic help, not just soccer Moms and other actives just popping in for an alignment. It didn't even seem like he did much and we left thinking "that's it?" He didn't even explain what could/should happen next, I had to ask him what he thought and he was like "she should come every week." And that was that. So three stars since I know this was an unusual circumstance to come in. I'm sure The Joint is a great place for people who have the ability to pop in and just get what they need done. Seems like they service that clientele that doesn't need any extra help. I should have known better, based off of the description of how the services work. I suffer from lower back issues and Dr. Nick at The Joint in Culver City is amazing. I notice a big difference in my lower back, much less pain, when I see Dr. Nick on a regular basis and experience genuine relief. The only down side is that it can get busy at times so the wait times are longer, especially on the weekends which is when I can go, but Jeremy at the front desk is also very warm, welcoming and very accommodating. read more

Yeah so i drove all the way out here, in pain, walking like I'm shaped like a question mark, to get an adjustment. At 6:00pm. They're open until 7:00. I am informed that nope, sorry, we take the last patient at 6:00 so too bad. It was 6:05 and i was in pain and out of luck. WONDERFUL. My issue isn't with the policy. It's that IT ISN'T LISTED ANYWHERE, at least not where i saw it. And if it is listed but it's buried or in a submenu that it's the same case in point. I drove through traffic at rush hour to get here in time - leaving an hour buffer - but no, now I get to sit in traffic for two hours in pain because you can't be bothered to tell people your policy. read more

I love the Joint Chiropractic chain! They do great, fast work, and are a very modern take on chiropractors. As a working individual, I can say that this is much easier than trying to make an appointment at a certain time outside of work. I go to several different Joint locations, and I go to this specific one during my lunch hour during work (because they really do work that fast). Depending on the doctor you go to, they may just do some general realignment, but other doctors work very hard to solve your particular problem, asking about issues you may be having. I have not had that experience at this location, unfortunately. Despite this, everyone is very friendly and happy and talkative here! read more

I recommend this place for a pain relief, not a permanent fix. The service is quick and your pain is gone immediately. But if your pain is from bad posture or something, you need to work on that on your own separately. read more

Did a few things my friend could have done to crack my back and it was time to get up and outty...
