I have waited quite some time to write this review. I have been visiting Dr. Ash for several weeks now twice a week and just recently started physical therapy there as well. I'm someone who's hypermobile and I have a lot of various issues with my body, including an old shoulder injury that I had surgery on. All of that had compounded into my dislocating a rib, which is how I found myself at the office. I have been through over a dozen clinics and therapists and chiropractors in my life and can genuinely say that this has been one of the best experiences and it's genuinely giving me hope that I will be able to not have to constantly live in discomfort. Dr. Ash listens intently to everything that you have to say and he's not afraid to allow your input to guide what he does. You spend a significant amount of time in his office for appointments doing a variety of things to help address whatever your issue is. For me it's an array of manual adjustment, stretching, and compression therapy. I'd after my first session with Dr. ashes relatively new physical therapist , I am excited to continue going. He spends significant one on one time with you and really make sure that you're actually understanding and gaining the benefits of the exercises - not just putting you through the motions. I can't count the number of times I found a great physical therapist, but then was passed off to doing the actual exercises with an intern. That's not the case here. 10/10 recommend and will keep coming back and genuinely can't believe I found somewhere that might actually be able to help genuinely fix my body. Only other call out is make sure you read the parking signs because there's only street parking available and I wouldn't recommend parking in the one hour meter slots unless you're sure that your appointment will be less than that time. If you're willing to go 3 to 4 blocks away from the office, you'll find easy 2 hour free parking and honestly, you should walk around after your appointment anyways to help everything settle in. read more

This was my first time here. I wear a duty belt and vest with about 20 lbs of gear everyday, so lower back problems over time isn't uncommon. I was thoroughly impressed by the office setup and recovery portion. I spent about an hour in total going through the recovery portion before getting my adjustment. After my adjustment, I got great relief from sharp lower back pain, was able to bend down to touch my toes (not bake to before this session), and have maintained my stretches Doc gave me to prevent future back issues. Let me tell you, believe these reviews. There are that many 5 star reviews for a reason. Words can't express how grateful I am to have found such a great practice. Friendly staff and Dr. Ash is awesome. Very knowledgeable and you can tell he wants to help. I majorly injured my lower back. Spent months trying to let it heal/stretching it out. Went to the doctor twice. Nothing helped. It actually got worse. Everything hurt. Couldn't sit, couldn't stand, couldn't sleep. I was honestly a little apprehensive at first about going to a chiropractor because I knew that every time I popped my back, it made it worse. So the idea of having someone else pop it for me freaked me out. But it was the best decision I ever made. Three visits in and I could see a big difference. I came to the Chiro Guy just over a week ago to see if they could address my back pain. While there I was out through a series of treatments: electro muscle stimulation, a massage/traction table, Normatec compression shorts, percussion therapy, and finally an adjustment. After my visit not only was my pain much worse, but by the next morning I had lost feeling in my right arm. I immediately hurried to make an appointment with an MD with an orthopedics specialty knowing that the Chiro Guy had seriously messed me up. I've since seen two doctors that have confirmed with simple physical examination that everything Chiro Guy did caused further injury to my back, resulting in massive inflammation that wasn't present before. This inflation is likely causing compression on my nerve, thus the loss of feeling in the arm. Basically, the Chiro Guy should not have treated me with anything they used. I've now had to get multiple injections to get a little bit of relief and likely long term physical therapy to rehab the trauma from my visit to the Chiro guy. On top of this, the office was not being "sanitized between patients." In fact, they put me on the massage bed right after another client and expected me to lay on top of that client's huge wet sweat stain still on the bed. If I wasn't vaccinated I would have walked out. They are churning people in and out of this place and clearly just riding the Yelp hustle. Would not recommend. read more

Early this year I found out that I have a tear in my labrum in my left hip. My orthopedic surgeon said I should get an arthroscopy. After doing research, I wasn't confident that the surgery would fix my issues especially with a tight IT band and knee pain (I'm an avid runner). Prior to seeking a chiro, I was spending months at physical therapy (2x week) and at an acupuncturist (1-2x) a week. Although both gave me instant relief, it was not enough. I sought Dr. Ash 1) because of all the good reviews on Yelp and 2) proximity to my place. His office is clean, organized and inviting. His staff of Jennifer and two Yesenia's are a delight to talk to and are very knowledgeable. Dr. Ask has a background in sports medicine so I knew he was the one that could help me with my issues. Every time I visited he was keen to be optimistic about how to best serve my muscle problems. He is not willing to give up on me and I truly appreciate it. We are doing electro shock, adjustments, cupping, using ultra sound, scrapping due to tightness and knots and referred me to work with the Pilates instructor (Ashley - who is fun to work with) inside his office (I've gone twice so far). Although I've only gone to Dr. Ash for about 4 visits, I'm slowly seeing some improvements in my knee mobility and lessening the tightness alongside my IT band! And if you're a dog lover - he lets his two cute small dogs, Minch and Beebee, roam around (they usually follow Dr. Ash)! read more
